I like MapRight because it is very easy to use and one doesn't require any training to get started with it. Also, their support team responds quick when you contact them and it has a clean UI. MapRight gets the job well done and i highly recommend it.

I can't think of anything i don't like about MapRight. It's a brilliant tool that meets all my expectations.

MapRight is very easy and simple to use. I like its intuitiveness, user friendliness and flexibility. It's very beneficial and anyone can easily get started with it without training.

Nothing yet. Since i started using MapRight i haven't yet experienced any challenges so nothing to dislike about it.

With the help of MapRight, creating maps online is very easy and important for us and i like how it gets the job well done.

The information available with each parcel, and the mapping is amazing. Saves me so much time and money looking up taxes with county etc PLUS I can even see information that isn’t available anywhere else

I wish all the counties had parcel info, there are maybe 4-5 counties that doesn’t have any info at all, not even parcel lines.

Real estate or investment needs will be met here.

I am solving many real estate related problems or questions people have or need by simply using this program.

Benefit- my maps look better than everyone else’s

It impresses someone, like me who appreciates the ease with which it streamlines data allowing for the creation of personalized maps for real estate planning and land use purposes.

Firstly it may not offer as GIS functions as software, which could be limiting for some users. Additionally those new, to mapping software might experience a learning curve when getting started. Lastly regular updates are necessary to maintain data accuracy and platform performance, which can be a bit of an inconvenience.

MapRight solves problems faced by businesses involved in estate and land management. Its capability to create customized maps without requiring GIS expertise has greatly expedited decision making processes while enhancing our understanding of properties and facilitating communication.

The ease of tools use, sharing features, map base options, labeling

There is no way to create radius circles fixed on a point. You can put a map in only one folder. The mobile tracking feature is limited. Many times I use the "tour" feature to walk a marked perimeter and convert it to a line or polygon to get an area measurement, but the feature is cumbersome. I would like to see an automatic perimeter based off of GPS, from start to stop tracking.

Sharing maps from sales to operations divisions in our company has become much easier. Being able to notate maps is great, but also a bit bulky.

I really like best the land use and zip code tabulation areas features

sometimes it is a bit slow to respond and there are times when the land status is not updated

The problem regards the confusion about the latest lot status.

I benefited because I don't need to guess the most updated land status.

MapRight is easy for even the least technology-inclined person. As a real estate e-commerce, creating maps online is very important for us and MapRight gets the job done.

The platform could be updated, it at times looks dated and maps don't always download as clearly as they could.

As a real estate e-commerce we can't go to every property we own and sell, MapRight makes it easy for us to show our customers what they're buying.

The regular updates do not ensure data and smooth platform performance. It is fantastic if the platform underwent a makeover resulting in maps that It lacked. Having detailed information like zoning would increase its usefulness. There are some limitations with features such as creating radius circles or utilizing monitoring.

One major drawback is the confusion surrounding the lot statuses. Accessing information such as parcel size, APNs (Assessor Parcel Numbers), and owner details are crucial for decision making. Seems problematic within this platform. Some users find the platform cumbersome, in terms of usability.

MapRight is unable to solve the problem of producing comprehensive maps for our company. It has proven to be a tool that consumes our time by providing a poor user platform, for map creation. There are a few bugs that require attention.
