Mangomint is fantastic! It is everything I have been looking for as I opened up my second salon location. It is easy to use and the customer service is great! I am thankful for the quick support with any questions I have. I love the simplicity of updating any stylists info and schedules, as well as, services!
The only thing I wish they integrated at this point is email marketing. I also wish they didnt charge separately for messaging because the cost is already a bit higher than competitors.
I love that the client forms automatically upload into the clients file. It saves us time with keeping track of clients info. I also love the reports and forecasting reports.

Mangomint has truly transformed the way I manage my business. The user-friendly interface makes scheduling appointments very simple, and the customization options allow me to tailor it to my spa’s specific needs. The standout features for me are the service customizations, integrated forms, and two-way texting. Customer support is exceptional; the team is responsive and always ready to assist with any questions or issues.
There is honestly nothing I dislike about Mangomint, but a couple of features I wish were available would be the ability to add expiration dates to gift cards, and to sell packages as gift cards. I would also like a larger character limit when adding customization options for services.
Mangomint has significantly cut down on the number of no shows with automated text and email reminders; integrated forms has freed up time for our receptionists as they no longer need to manually send them to clients; lastly, we love Express Booking! Having the ability to text our clients a link to fill out credit card information takes the awkwardness out of asking for it on the phone at the time of booking, and I believe our clients feel more secure in doing it this way.
I loved that I was able to test it out first before making the commitment and it was very user friendly from both a client perspective and provider
There's nothing I dislike, I'd prefer more options as far as adding sales and discounts without having to create a workaround for.
My medical director can access it and sign off. I don't need to take card info over the phone now. Clients don't have to have a log in to book
Simple, intuitive and seamless in roll-out, we've been running operations for two months. Everything is balanced and affords the right amount of reporting to manage and interact with clients. The support team is THE BEST I've worked with in 35 years of being in the tech industry. The more I use MangoMint, the more I want to use it, which says a lot about the polished interface - clients and team members also love it. I'm convinced this product and company have a bright future in the salon industry.
Lack of API limits integrations and harvesting data from reporting. The lack of QuickBooks integration was almost a dealbreaker, but the software's ease of use and power made it the must-have for our current operations.
Client booking is seamless, letting clients and team members focus on beauty instead of worrying about the booking process. Website integration was seamless. Reporting includes the correct information at the right time in the proper format. Point of Sale integration is seamless as well and reasonably priced. Customer support is outstanding - I can't say enough how great the support team is about responsiveness and solving challenges. The interface is polished and clean, minimizing the number of clicks to operate. Lastly, it's intuitive as team members and clients required minimal if any training to get up and running.
