MangoApps has features and automation that even our HRIS Paycom doesn't have. I love that it is a one-stop shop for everything in the realm of employee experience - internal comms, recognition, engagement, team building, onboarding, etc. and it makes our processes super efficient with all of the integration and automation tools!
The downside to having so many features is there are also so many things to learn and it can be overwhelming. Most of it is intuitive but still takes time to go through. Other things, like trackers, are a little more complex but luckily they have an amazing customer support team to walk us through it and the community portal is very helpful at times too!

Through this platform, we can improve the collaboration and commitment of our employees. This flexible tool allows us to communicate through chat and video conferences with a shared screen. It provides us with the essential functions to keep track of all our activities and working hours.
There is nothing that I dislike about this platform, and we can share important files with our employees through a chat, it allows us to make an electronic signature and manage all communications, ideas and workflow.

CONS: Sometimes, the best thing about a tool can be the cause of its undoing too. This is exactly what happened with MangoApps. What I mean is that because there are too many features being offered, it becomes easy for a new user to get overwhelmed with choices. I think that there are some tools, in particular, that can be merged into just one item.
Mango apps is a great tool for our company to relay communication. Its a very effective tool for us to be in constant contact with our team, a place to house important information, send out updates, do polls, and many many other things. We use it almost as a company facebook, and its made our teams priorities more aligned and fine tuned. Building your company page is a long and challenging task, but mangoapps is in the trenches with you guiding you step by step to create something that becomes a massive asset to your team. With mangoapps we can effectively communicate what w need everyone to know on a clear and solid platform our team enjoys using. The benefits we notice is everyone is on the same page, and knows where to go when they have a question. The mangoapps offers everything you need to keep your company up to date and running smoothly.
I really like the functionality of the product. It's easy to navigate and is very user-friendly. I greatly appreciate the attention to customer service that we have received. I also appreciate the guidance and counsel from the team.
I have not found anything that I dislike. For any issue that we have had, the team always comes up with a solution. They have an incredible can-do spirit and it's been a true pleasure working with them, especially Cherie and Chandra.
We have a dispersed team and we've had challenges with keeping them connected in terms of communication and engagement. With MangoApps, we are able to get the right message to the right people at the right time and really engage them in what's happening in the organization.

Easy way to keep in contact with colleagues, put out company news and policies, and house trackers, forms, and websites in one place. It's easy for a large company to feel like they have the communication of a small company with having all of this at every employees fingertips.
There is nothing that I don't like; MangoApps continues to evolve with each update and seems to work more and more seemlessly. I think the site is very user friendly.

The MangoApps platform is both flexible and WYSIWYG; but the real benefit to using this company is their excellent client service. They use their own system to create an easily accessible service portal, and the response times for questions or development issues is stellar. I have direct access to their team in India to get questions answered and get help when I need it. I couldn't be more pleased - both with the capabilities of the system and the service and support I get from the company.
We had an issue with one tech developer who wasn't up to par, but I was pleased that management was responsive and removed him from my support team right away when I complained. The platform offers a good photo library but doesn't yet allow captions with images in that library setup; I have made a request and they are putting it in their development pipeline. There was a glitch with the latest release (15.6) that caused a little downtime but that was resolved quickly. Overall, I am highly satisfied with both the platform and the company's service model and employees.
MangoApps has quickly become the "single source of truth" for our company's internal operations. It gives us a one-stop-shop for everything from benefits and finance information to marketing collateral and a portal for employees to share up to the minute news and information about current tax law. Information flows much more freely around the firm, our grapevine is squelched because information is visible and transparent, and people aren't fielding calls all the time asking "where is X brochure, X file, X form"? The answer - search MangoApps!

Originally, I would say that would have to be the search feature. With that being said, this is not the case now. MangoApps continually improves on features and adds customer requests and this was one of them for us. The search feature has greatly improved since we first implemented this intranet platform. Yay MangoApps!
Since the start of our implementation of MangoApps as our intranet platform, I have been thrilled with the ease of use in creating a personalized space for our internal staff. As a managing admin of the platform, I like the user-friendly management side of the domain. There are so many options to turn on and off features as you prefer, and plenty of tutorials to utilize features without having an in-person training. With that being said, I’m always happy to meet up with our dedicated customer success manager for monthly catchups and updates on what is new and exciting. The MangoApps team is one of the best support teams I have ever worked with. It is the number one reason I would recommend them. Their support portal, one-on-one meetings, and quick response times for questions or problems is five stars for me. Thank you MangoApps.
Our intranet serves as a starting point for our employees to start their day. They can catch up on the latest news and updates daily, they can find fun photos we share and positive notes to one another. I can't think of a better way to start the workday. The benefit of catching up daily on news for our staff has reduced wasted time sifting through information that is not relevant to their particular team or group. Staff select the portals that are important to them so that they get what they need and only that.
