It is very user-friendly. My clients have not had any difficulties opening the secure emails.
It tends to log out of my email which is annoying when I am busy.
They provide an encryption service to send files securely online. This service allows us to maintain the level of compliance that our field requires.
The Batch Billing Process has been very helpful and easy to use. Per our request, they even added a filter to allow only hourly projects to be billed.
Bug fixes can be slow to come and I wish there was more flexibility in some of the reporting.
Creating invoices was cumbersome in our old system. With Mango, it is fast, easy, and accurate! The eMail logs and tracking is very helpful. Scheduling and Project Management help us know what each of us is doing and where we are on our various projects. The best part of Mango is that we have very few "workarounds". The software works very well for our Consulting and Software company and I'm glad we made the switch two years ago.
The platform is very intuitive and extremely easy to use. Time keeping and budgeting is a breeze. The billing tie-in and payments are great!
I wish the customer service were more responsive. They are great, but often require call back and scheduling for the next day to help.

This software is newer in the market and it also provides a seamless experience to work on it with great features like time management with the tracking of the billing time as well as saves much more time to generate a bill. It has good expense management.
Overall this software has some issues like rubbish customers support, the free trial of this application is available for a short period of time.

The secure client portal has streamlined gathering documents from clients, plus the ease of use for the secure upload option without a log-in is great for less tech-savvy clients. The KBA signature option for signing efile forms also worked great this tax season. On the rare occasion when I did have questions or issues, the response from tech support was same-day, which is extremely helpful during the height of tax season.
I can't speak to any downside to using this software.
Mango helped me meet the IRS security requirements for electronic document exchange and esignatures.
I like the reporting that we can leverage to see where our time is being spent, and the value we are getting in return for the time we are spending on those clients.
Some of the reports are not currently downloadable to an Excel format. I put in a request for these updates, but until it happens, some of the data that we would like to edit is only viewable as a PDF document.
We have better timekeeping habits with our staff. We have more control over write-ups and write-downs. We like how easy it is to invoice our clients, and our clients appreciate this as well.

Practice Organization and Billing. It puts everything in one place for practice management.
The most useful feature I have found and utilized so far has got to be the "timer" function. Once you setup a template for a client you can pull out any device you use to access software and begin a timer that once concluded will populate an invoice automatically. This helps to keep mundane and inaccuracies away due to this feature.
The payment processing feature initially gave us trouble, but I believe this has been sorted after recent update. Overall this software meets all of my firm's qualifications. Quite simply it has helped improve client relations resulting in repeat clientele that is now leading our accounts due.
If your firm or company is looking for easy to use time tracking for consultations, meetings, etc. then this up and comer is definitely headed in the right direction. It has QuickBooks integration for the smaller business or self employed consultants. It has really shone a light on what direction the industry is moving and Imagine Time support is fairly swift in addressing user issues/concerns. I would also suggest moving all team time tracking software to the mobile applications and utilizing full software benefits.
The auto logging of time spent with clients thanks to this software integration into our mobile devices has, without a doubt, streamlined billing and accounts receivable resulting in significant profit increases due to less inaccuracies in invoices and more integration between team members to reduce double billing.

Mango provides me with a stable platform to maintain client/engagement time and expense and easily create detailed invoices that are required in my forensic accounting practice. The flexibility to set up engagements to meet my specific needs was a key factor along with creating activity codes to match my practice. I also have several bill rates that I work under depending on the year the engagement began and Mango allows me to bill different rates based on client / engagement. The User Support has been great for me to get issues (mainly my lack of knowledge on how something works) resolved and back on track.
Very minor issues but I would like to change the font on invoices and I know that is in the works by the Dev team.
