It is very easy to manage iOS and Android devices without spending numerous hours with „playing and trying“. The ME MDM provides an incredibly friendly user interface in which you quickly build a functional and managed environment. ManageEngine MDM is nice how it works with our Apple Business account. Apple's interconnectivity with MDM is flawless.

The online guides are a bit obsolete and do not correspond with the layout of Apple guides and Apple configuration applications. It would be good to update these videos from time to time. Other than that, I have not found anything I do not like.

MDM was an excellent experience with the ongoing features needed in school.

They have various features to fulfill every need in the school day to day work.

It is updating its servers to facilitate more for admins to control their devices.

Need to have extended updates for old devices and facilitate bulk updates of devices.

Help me a lot when sending apps to students; adding restrictions on users and applying tags and profiles help manage students' devices.

This tool is fantastic. We use multiple mobile devices as part of our hotel and point-of-sale systems. Tracking these devices was a challenge, restricting Apps and rolling out updates before we started using MDM. With MDM, the enrolment process is very straightforward, the app restriction works efficiently, and the roll-out of new versions is literally at the click of a button. Very Happy with the product

So far, I do not have any problems or issues using the tool.

I love the option of 25 devices free. Since I am new to using a Mobile Device Manager, I am grateful this system is straightforward to set up with great how-tos and support chat.

Being new to using an MDM, I have to do quite a bit of reading to set up our profiles, understand some of the terminology, and locate the steps I need. I would love to have a wizard to walk me through setting up a practice device.

I can configure and push out needed applications with all the necessary security restrictions from one app. This has saved so much time in device setup and configuration.

Easy to configure and easy to handle, administer it. Support is very helpful and always on... Chat support, phone and email also available through the app, or separated email. There are pre-sales, or demo trial support period to and demo sessions also available. So everything is available to a good start and a easy life with the product. In other hand the development is a continuity thing.. sooner or later all required functions and reports will be built in the product.

There is no sandboxing for applications, that would be good to somehow separate these like emailing and email attachment downloads. But the security side is covered with corp profileing and remote wipe, enrollment expiration, etc.

It’s worth checking out and possibly asking for a demo from the managaengine team because it’s much simpler, easier and cheaper to use compared to other manufacturers.

Mobile devices needs to be managed, reported, configured well for every corp user in our every companies who are supported by us. They like this easy and handy solutions, like reporting, app provisioning, easy email settings. The key benefit is the ease of using and implementing this. Key functions are available for basic and advanced requirements too.

The configuration it's so easy. You can customize the software as you like.

Maybe some menus are a little complex but in the end, the solution is really intuitive

I have been using Manage Engine Mobile Endpoint Central as an MDM solution for some time now, and I must say that it has exceeded my expectations. The platform offers an intuitive GUI that allows for quick deployment and management of mobile devices, while also providing the option to delve into a more technical breakdown when needed.

One area where Endpoint Central could be improved is in providing more granular control over local technician access permissions. While the platform does offer a range of access levels, having the ability to fine-tune the permissions for individual technicians would be beneficial. Additionally, clearer documentation or guidance on how these permissions are applied and managed would further enhance the user experience and ensure that organizations can maintain the desired level of control over their MDM environment.

Endpoint Central's dashboards offer amazing and quick insights into the health and status of mobile devices within the organization. Additionally, the robust and customizable reporting capabilities have enabled me to easily demonstrate the benefits of the tool to management and executives, keeping them informed of our current status more efficiently than with previous tools.

This is an excellent tool that was easy to install, configure, and deploy to all staff with company-owned devices.

The interface could be better optimized/streamlined, sometimes I find it laggy, while other applications(including other ManageEngine tools) housed on the same DB are much faster. I also wish there was a way to have devices able to be registered, and not linked to a specific user, i.e. shared devices.
