What do you like best about Malcolm!?

Malcolm is exceptionally easy to use, with a very simple interface that allows anyone, regardless of technical knowledge, to add and update content. It's also highly functional, with a very intelligent search, that allows end users to access the most relevant information quickly. The front end is very attractive out of the box. It also has a lot of useful integrations including payment and authentication.

What do you dislike about Malcolm!?

There is nothing I particularly dislike about Malcolm, except that sometimes it can be hard to locate a question on the back end to be able to update it.

What problems is Malcolm! solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Malcolm for a residential community self-service portal, providing users with information they need about how to do things, key contacts etc. It puts a lot of information at users' disposal in a way that they find intuitive and engaging.

What do you like best about Malcolm!?

What I like about Malcolm is everything! Setting up a customer self-service portal is extremely easy, and the way the portal is presented is stunning. My customers have all been very impressed with it, and I have reduced over 50% of the time I spent resolving minor issues for clients.

What do you dislike about Malcolm!?

If there was something to dislike in my case is just the lack of native integration with other digital tools that I use. Although Zapier and Integromat are available, that can be pretty costly, so I would like to see more native integrations with UseInbox (email marketing) and SuiteDash (Customer Portal).

What problems is Malcolm! solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am giving my audience all the information they need automatically, helping me to save valuable time. Since I started using Malcolm, I have reduced my customer support workload by at least 50%.
