The best part of MakeShift is the ability to commincate with the staff with messages that describe the staffing needs. Easy to navigate. Really nice to see who you're working with on each shift.

The connectability. I can have a new employee update your availablity and have it in real time. If someone needs to drop a shift they can and everyone can see its availablity in real time.

Its so easy to use, i like how as soon as the schedule is published it sends out a notification for those with the notifications turned on. The copy last weeks schedule function is amazing! Being able to automatically import your employees through adp and not have to manually type in all their information. Everything about makeshift is just very user friendly and i enjoy using it!
One thing i dislike about makeshift is the scheduling portion on my screen on the desktop is really small and i would rather it be bigger even if it removes acess to the side tabs while on that screen!

Makeshift allows you to copy and paste schedules. Week by week, which is helpful. It's easy to create pay codes and create individual profiles per person. Easy to log in and also allows users to edit the time stamp should issues arise.
RAINN supports 24/7 services. It can be not easy to schedule those working varying shifts month to month. It may be helpful if makeshift could separate the groups of shifts available by the shift hours. 11pm-7am, 7am-3pm, 3-11pm etc. Maybe easy visuals for reporting could also be helpful.
It's easy to find the support specialist on shift and to delete or edit the shift as needed. Makeshift also helps with adding up the hours completed by month and calculate how much is spent by month.
I love that it's so easy to navigate through. Quick to get to and manage schedules. I love you can see who work on a certain day just in case there's things needed
