The best thing about mais.im is the fact that this is very similar to other communication platforms like yammer, teams while also provides services like service evaluations and helping to supervise the interactions between the operators and users. It also have phone support.

The communication tool is still in the works and there is no API available for developers to intergrate it with other tools. This tool could also be a lot more cheaper for an enterprise hence also could cater a wider range of users as well.
