Great Product, Great Support

I signed up to Mailsuite (formerly Mailtrack) for both personal and business reasons. Mailtrack was super helpful in a legal situation where verifying opens, clicks and re-opens was super important. In ongoing business it has been a great way to know when vendors or clients open your emails and if there are email deliverability issues (spam).

I wish it worked in Safari -- I stopped using Google Chrome earlier this year. Hopefully it's on the roadmap!

One of my must-have tool!

Mailtrack is fantastic! Even with free version. Its easy to setup and getting real time notification when my emails are open is a huge plus for me. It made staying connected easier.

What do you like best about Mailsuite (formerly Mailtrack)?

It is helpful to know when & who opens your email from your recipient list. and also track how many times they open or forwarded to any other persons. Its rate is affordable.

What do you dislike about Mailsuite (formerly Mailtrack)?

It is under evaluation so not found anything so far. Sometimes the track details did not provide for a few emails and it says "Email not tracked" but the rest of the functions are good.

What problems is Mailsuite (formerly Mailtrack) solving and how is that benefiting you?

As it is helpful to know when & who opens your email from your recipient list. and also track how many times they open or forwarded to any other persons. However, Based on Mailtrack's reports we can communicate with the recipient.
