The benefits of using Mailrelay are huge, mostly allowing 75k emails per month at no cost. Great! Mailrelay gave me the possibility to get access to new customers through email campaigns. Designing an email campaign is really easy, and it gives quick response in statitics and metrics of every campaign.

Mailrelay is the best and cost-friendly email marketing software. I used to run mail chimp but it has the limitation in free, the other side Mailrelay provides us with lots of features and 70K+ mails free of cost. It helps me with creating unique newsletters and send to my targeting auditions.

Nada, todo me gusta, aunque a lo mejor si que hecho en falta las notificaciones push que otras herramientas de email marketing sí que tienen, y que es un complemento al email.

Usad esta herramienta de email marketing, es la mejor en cuanto a relación calidad precio comparada con otras.

Email contacts cleaning is a little bit difficult. Customer support is too slow. When we use More than 10,000 email lists, this tool is not suitable; in this case, the deliverability of emails differs from the little contacts list.

They are heavily ruled by European laws, so you ALWAYS have to use the double-opt-in. This means that the user has to click on the confirmation email to be subscribed to your list.

Also the automation system is not super user friendly and doesn't have many features.

I use MailRelay for the clients that can't afford a Mailing platform and for simple autoresponder sequences. It doesn't have the "if the user visited this page then send this email" type of automation.

Mailrelay's free tier is so high, that it's likely that you won't paid for the service until you really grow up - and even then, its pricing is really cheap. Also, it has a ton of learning material and their support service is helpful. Watch out for their blog and their onboarding emails, they deliver a lot of useful tips and tricks. What I like the most about their blog, is that they don't only focus on giving advice on email marketing topics, they also cover digital marketing in general. Speaking more about the app, I think it's important to remark an interesting technology that they have: some time ago, they implemented "Smart Delivery", a feature that sends the emails first to the most active customers, making sure that your IP reputation is the highest possible.

Features and design-wise, their competitors are far more advanced. It's UI/UX is really old, and makes navigation a bit hard. And the automation features are quite limited compared on other big players on the market. But I have heard that they are working on this, so we probably will have more advanced marketing features soon.
