Mailmunch has made it easy to purchase the program I needed and support to follow was amazing! It is so easy to use and I am not very tech savvy at all! The features and benefits are more than I expected.

There was a little confusion about which program I had chosen but with customer supports help it was easily fixed!

I had purchased the wrong program and they offered me both programs at a discount!

I have been looking for an email marketing platform that caters to small businesses and when I say I ahve been looking I have been. I came across Mailmunch and the first thing thing I noticed was in chat I had a real person, no bot, answering my questions in live time. A huge benefit knowing if I purchase their software my questions would be answered right away. Based on the pricing compared to the other platforms that claim they are suited for small businesses which actually are not MailMunch meets my price point and I am not sacrificing the features as they have as many and even offer AI assistance with not limits on their paid plans.

Nothing to report at this time. Everything is on the up and up.

MailMuch email marketing solves my price point without sacrificing the features and you can't put a price when it comes to customer support. Mailmunch gets 10/10 for both of these.

I admit that I picked Mailmmunch due to its really good pricing, compared to other services. But not only are they good in pricing, their services AND their support are GREAT(!)

I live in a different time zone, so support can take a while (not their fault)

And to be picky, when you get a response from a client the Emails could look a bit cleaner.

(It's a lot of dots and things that looks a bit messy)

They could have an API to integrate from other tools.

Simplicity and design attributes. More options exist to create a more manageable and functional email user interface.

Sometimes it's hard to tell if it's operating right, especially after updating your site.

I can set it and forget it most of the time.

Of course I love that it's FREE. But getting 125 new subscribers to our email list in less than a year is sweet! Not something we have been able to accomplish with paid ads or any social media campaigns so far. Also the easy to use format!

Try it, it's Free, easy to use and it works! We have been building our email list 1-2 a week for over 2 years. We started mailmunch pop up and are getting 5-6 new subscribers a week. It's a No Brainer!

It's very easy to use and it looks great. The pop up window jiggles a little bit and that feature makes people actually look at the pop-up window before automatically closing it. I also like that you can add a video from YouTube to play right after people enter their email and name to encourage people too look into all their folders to confirm the email. It is easy to integrate Mailmunch with other email services. It was easier to integrate Mailmunch with my website/blog than to integrate Convertkit forms to wordpress.org. Since then I have switched to GetResponse as an email provider but I have had such good results with Mailmunch that I just kept the pop up window.

There are only a few templates you can use for the pop up window in the free version. That's about it. Everything else I like.

Get an API key from your email marketing service before you start the signup process with Mailmunch. It will make things easier.

Their pop up windows have increased my sign up rate. When I first installed it, my optins doubled. The pop up window in Mailmunch is more attractive than the native pop up windows of the email service I was using when I first joined. I also like you can have dedicated landing pages where you can direct people from a link on blog posts. Some people close a pop up window too soon and then regret it. Having a link on my blog posts that people can click on and then be directed to a landing page to opt in solves this problem. Mailmunch sends me a notification when an email address has been rejected and tells me the reason. This has solved the mystery of figuring out why the number of optins was more than the number of additions to may mailing list. It isn't always due to people not confirming. I also like that I can add an image to the pop up window so it's more attractive and makes people think before they close the box. People find pop-up boxes annoying. I do too, but the reality is that they do increase sign ups enormously.

The best feature about Mail Munch is that the reader does not have to leave your website to have access to their free download.

Mail Munch makes my website slightly slower.

I highly recommend Mailmunch for digital marketing and providing your readers with free content.
