Excellent telephone-driven support!
We had an issue with our account due to some unusual behaviour being detected. I called MailJet's support team, and Theo took on my issue as a top priority.

I loved that he was so keen to work interactively with me on this issue - he placed me on hold while he did some investigations, and overall it was clear that MailJet really wanted to resolve my issue ASAP. So often my experience with "phone support" is that they just want to ditch you off the call and go back to sending cryptic emails.

Theo and I worked out a plan of action between us, which we both then followed and this resulted in service resuming very promptly indeed.
