MailerSend and PHPMailer TLS 1.2

I use PHPMailer to connect to MailerSend's SMTP. Today it did not work because I was using TLS v1.0 which is obsolete and no longer supported. I got a very helpful response from MailerSend service team within less than an hour, and after some brief googling changed one constant in class.smtp.php (part of PHPMailer package), and now everything works normally.

Customer service is great

Customer service is great; when I needed an email sending platform, MailerSend made it easy for me to accomplish, when I initially thought it was going to involve a lot of knowledge base -- talking to them about my challenges and explaining my specific situation was really helpful toward getting help. I also want to thank the MailerSend Team for their support.

I have not encountered any issues while using the service for several months

Digital Ocean does not allow email sending on its servers, hence MailerSend.

Mailersend is easy to implement, has great customer service and is very affordable. It also has great analytics to monitor the effeciveness of email flows.

What do you dislike about MailerSend?

There is nothing I can think of to dislike about MailerSend.

MailerSend allows to send to send mass emails without the limitiations of Google Workspace.

"Easy to integrate and 5* support"

What do you like best about MailerSend?

I have been using MailerSend for a year now for sending transactional emails on a couple of websites. It was very easy to integrate using our stack which is Laravel. A few days ago we had a problem with a form that was also sending an email and was used for spamming, the team was very responsive, and helpful and guided me to correct the problem and unlock our account.

What do you dislike about MailerSend?

I haven't got any downsides on using MailerSend so far, considering our specific work.

What problems is MailerSend solving and how is that benefiting you?

I run a small side SaaS business and MailerSend helps with all the transactional emails we need, registration, notifications on different things that are happening on the platform, etc.

Kael from the support team was able to help me better understand Mailersend and configure my first transactional emails. Thanks a lot again, great job!

Surely there's learning curve to apply dynamic variables but nothing major

Mailersend provides great templates for transactional emails, 100 times better than the WooCommerce ones.
