Mailerlite treats customers RIGHT!
What do you like best about MailerLite?
Integrity is nearly gone from the planet. That's why Mailerlite sparkles like the gem she is. When issues arise, as they always do in any business, this fantastic platform treats customers with the respect due, not only as those who pay for service but as human beings trying to eke out a living like everyone else. Mailerlite, unlike others, harkens back to the days of a solid day's labor for a fair wage with no nonsense. But there's more. Customer service agents go well beyond what is strictly required to engage customers with wit, kindness, and a mind to help said customers learn what works for them. Not just for Mailerlite. WOW! This reminds me of what customer service used to be when I began my tech career eons ago. Translated: High tech doesn't have to equal the elimination of all human understanding.
What do you dislike about MailerLite?
Nothing at present. The absence of displeasure is a direct correlation to being treated as a human being and not merely a wallet. (I've experienced that corporate mistake often enough to know it doesn't pay in the long term.)
What problems is MailerLite solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mailerlite has been helping me find a workaround for a seriously unacceptable experience with Shopify. The latter's business model is seriously flawed and filled with endless gaslighting that, frankly, nobody needs. Just fix the problem or address the realities of there being no fix or a tech needing to research an issue. Honesty is what I was seeking from Mailerlitte and that's precisely what I received in addition to a wholehearted interest in helping me succeed.

What do you like best about MailerLite?
Being a complete and utter NON tech head - the chat support is a major feature which drew me to your product, so far i found the support team very knowledgeable but above all.....patient!
What do you dislike about MailerLite?
I would love to be able to print a campaign report that shows my custome name as well as their email address and open/click data - i find it hard to match email addresses to my clients manually as they often dont contain the business name.

Great prices and great customer support
What do you like best about MailerLite?
First off, I was using Aweber. MailerLite has the same features but is half the price. Second - i had a problem with putting a simple poll into my broadcast. I submitted a ticket and got a response the next day. When the response wasn't adequate, they followed up my reply and actually CREATED AN EMAIL FOR ME that did what I needed it to do. This is the kind of tech support I want but rarely get. There really isn't any reason to go to other companies like MailChimp or Aweber (both of which I've used), when MailerLite has the same features at a better price and with better tech support.
What do you dislike about MailerLite?
At this point, there really isn't anything I've found to dislike. Perhaps the initial setup for my email template was a bit unusual compared to Aweber and MailChimp, but it wasn't too hard to get it sorted out.

It's making it easier to keep in contact with our fans and potential customers.

What do you like best about MailerLite?
MailerLite first of all offers a unified experience for managing subscribers, their subscription options, email campaigns and automations. You do not need to jump through many hooks, everything can be managed via the same user interface. Also, it offers a good free tier forever (up to 1000 subscribers). Plus, it offers discounts for non-profit organizations.
What do you dislike about MailerLite?
Have not found it easy to take a new subscriber's details from their submitted form in order to feed them into a follow-up webpage (e.g., to complete an order).
What problems is MailerLite solving and how is that benefiting you?
MailerLite tries to unify the administration of subscribers to an organization. It allows creating effortless forms for new subscribers, then creating email campaigns for them, and also offering unsubscribe options. As an administrator, it is easy to see what is going on with your subscribers and create campaigns and automation for them via the same user interface. Also, they offer an API with which we were able to integrate webhooks. I was able to use MailerLite for a non-profit organization in our local tech community, and integrate it for OpenCollective via Activepieces.

Great product and support
What do you like best about MailerLite?
All the features included are great like the countdown, hero sections, and it's very easy to organise content
What do you dislike about MailerLite?
One thing I would like to see is if I upload my company logo and social media handles, these are automatically added to the newsletter when I select them. Also, when I chose the colours of backgrounds and buttons, my primary and secondary colours don't seem to be saved in the list of options.
What problems is MailerLite solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule emails I need to send regularly to my contacts. Mailerlite are less greedy than Mailchimp.
