What do you like best about Mail Blaze?

This is especially true in the case of Mail Blaze, where simplicity is one of the most noteworthy strengths. Designing of email campaigns is very easy due to the easily understandable User and the Super Easy Designer.

What do you dislike about Mail Blaze?

I am unable to advertise specified segments which are associated with the certain actions of subscribers or their characteristics. This makes it difficult to select the right type of email for detailing that can make it very effective.

What problems is Mail Blaze solving and how is that benefiting you?

This makes it easier for me to work on my email marketing through the Mail Blaze application. It is easy to send campaigns with good graphics, and the AI content creation is a great help.

What do you like best about Mail Blaze?

One standout feature that I like about Mail Blaze is that it has a very user-friendly interface, which simplifies the process of creating and managing email campaigns with ease.

What do you dislike about Mail Blaze?

As I have also used other email marketing softwares, Mail Blaze's automation features are limited when compared to other email marketing platforms.

Excellent Massmail platform

What do you like best about Mail Blaze?

The interface is intuitive and easy to customise for a great newsletter!

What do you dislike about Mail Blaze?

None that I can think of. I ahve used various other platforms before and Mail Blaze is by far the best.

What problems is Mail Blaze solving and how is that benefiting you?

They make it easy to create and send emails to all our subscribers and thier quotas a generous. Mail Blaze is also cost effective when compared to some other platforms.

I currently do not have any complaints with Mailblaze.

With my previous provider, I felt the service was very overpriced. I also found the website to be very slow in comparison to Mailblaze and the design and functionality of the Mailblaze platform is much more preferable for me. In conclusion, the price is right, it's fast and easy to use.

What do you like best about Mail Blaze?

Eazy to use, Customer Support and the number of features they offer. Intergrated well with my website and other platforms. Everytime i had a question or needed help they were quick to respond and help. Love using this platform

Nothing, everyhing is easy. Bying credits is easy

Mail Blaze is one of the best platforms of its kind

What do you like best about Mail Blaze?

I find the platform very intuitive and easy to use. The support is always outstanding, always exceeeding my expectations.

What do you dislike about Mail Blaze?

The editing function/wiki editor can be improved. At times I have to edit the HTML to get exactly what I want, and then too, it doesn't always allow the level of editing required.

What problems is Mail Blaze solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ease of maintaining varius databases and mailing lists; keeping in touch with various groups, ease of creating and sending emails to these various databases, tracking and monitoring results etc.

Wonderful Start!

I have only got as far as importing my contact list from Mailchimp and the first steps, but I am technically stupid and easily intimidated! Once I paid my first amount of PAYG, I was contacted by an agent, Geraldine Flores, who was patient and clear and who left me feeling confident and grateful.
The next step will be for her to help me with the format for our small newsletter that I used to have with Mailchimp and I am hoping for a similar experience there too.
So thank you very much so far.

As good as they come

I used Mailchimp but found their pricing became prohibitive, then trialled Sendinblue, and eventually (after too much wasted time), I discovered Mail Blaze. They're based right here in good ol' South Africa.

What appeals most about Blaze is that the design interface feels a lot like Gutenberg, if you're familiar with WordPress website editing or design. It's really easy to move text blocks, images, and other design elements up or down. The image library is also quick and easy to navigate. They've just updated their analytics, which I'm still learning to use. It looks like a lot of new insights are now available.

There are a few irritating glitches I experience with copy/paste text formatting, but this could be due to me using an old iMac that won't allow updates of Firefox (I'm using version 78 versus the latest which is 100!).

I've always found their support incredibly helpful, attentive, well-mannered, and knowledgeable. I think Blaze offers world-class features at affordable pricing, married to great customer service.

Mail Blaze has knocked my socks off!

I've been using Mail Blaze for 6 months now, in a more limited way for a client, who uses very few of the functionality but I've just signed up for my new company who uses all their tools.

I'm really excited, they are not only local, but extremely efficient. Their pricing is far better than any other local company and their support is of the highest standard!

I highly recommend their service to anyone doing their own email campaigns and to agencies doing marketing for clients. Their templates are beautiful and responsive and very easy to edit to suit your brand.
