The out of the box capabilities are top notch - deal registration, pipeline viewing, quoting, resource delivery, and learning management - and only require minimal tweaking. I also appreciate how new features are being added and how they improve the portal capabilities for both my company and my partners. Finally, the support is outstanding. The Magentrix team is always available and always helpful.
Creating multilayer playbooks could be simpler.
Magentrix saves time and money compared to building my own portal. It makes my partners more autonomous and frees up our sales teams to sell instead of acting as resource administrators for the partners.
This was a replacement for our existing portal which did not meet our needs or expectations. Magentrix not only has more features, but the customer service is also unbelievable.

We needed a PRM that was reliable and could provide a better all-around experience for our partners. Our prior PRM was always having login issues, outages, and other random glitches creating a terrible user experience and headaches for our team.
Magentrix has all the features we need for our partner portal - from wiki style knowledge bases for easily sharing detailed information to playbooks for sharing marketing collateral.
There's not a lot to dislike. The only thing I would like to see some improvements on are the templates and built-in customisation options, however they did release an update recently which did address this somewhat.
It enables us to have one central repository for all of our technical information, product information, troubleshooting guides and more. Having this information easily available enables our partners to quickly resolve any problems or issues without contacting our support team - enabling them to focus on more important tasks.
Not only is the platform wonderful but every single person I worked with was so happy to help walk us through the implementation process and still is more than happy to help us with anything we can't figure out. The implementation process was fast and easy. Their continues support has been above and beyond my expectations! Thank. you to Merlin and her team for everything!

We were trying to have our Channel partners be able to submit their leads without having to send them to our team in an email or a phone call.
We really loved the collaboration with Navin and Omar. They were both super helpful to find the solution that will fit to our needs! We spent over the month in conversations and weekly calls - they were always keen to help, fast in response! We can only recommend the collaboration with Magentrix!
There is not anything there bothered us.
We have more then 850 and we needed solution that will allow them to access presentations/ visuals/ webinars. We could not place it on website as everyone could see it. We only need a specific people with NDA in place to be able to access it.
Magentrix has solved all of our needs and requirements for a PRM solution. It integrates seamlessly with SFDC and is easy to use after spending a little time in the system. The team (Reps, implementation team, support) is phenomenal. They have taken our more advanced / complex needs and built custom solutions for them. We were able to onboard extremely quickly, thanks to the team (specifically Paul).
To this point, we haven't experienced any challenges.
We needed a solution to allow our partners to input orders, track them in our system, and have a way for our end users to pay. Magentrix did all of this. We are also able to segment the communities within Magentrix - so we were able to use it to solve the needs for a specific project, as well as our general partner program.

Nothing so far as everything is working very well and I am impressed with the Magentrix Team.
We have moved our Partner Lead management data to Magentrix and now both our company and our partners have transparency to lead management information which is critical for organized prospecting and closing business.
Verified First utilizes Magentrix to serve as a resource to over 160+ partners in our partner ecosystem. The thing we like the most about Magentrix is the rewards program we have created. Our users can earn rewards for engaging with our portal, whether it's for logging in, viewing content, submitting deals, or closing deals. We also love the ability to run pop-up campaigns! This has been a very effective way of getting our users more engaged in lead generation efforts. To support our partners further in lead generation, we also rely heavily on the playbooks tab to provide a variety of sales-enablement resources. We always receive great feedback on having these resources on hand.
Not to mention, the Magentrix support team responds to tickets very promptly.
The platform is not always the most user-intuitive but Magentrix offers onboarding training, help articles, and a support team to assist in any questions. Ultimately, they have been great to work with and are always willing and ready to provide support.
Magentrix acts as a great referral system for when our partners speak with someone who is interested in our services. A partner contact can log in to our partner portal, register their referral, and our team can reach out to them in a timely manner. This has bridged the sales experience between Verified First and our partner companies.

Magentrix PRM had everything we needed out of the box to build our partner experience exactly how we wanted. We were worried they wouldn't work in our budget, but their salespeople were communicative and helpful. The best experience was during the deployment, where we could learn the product and deploy our portal fast with tremendous support from the Magentrix team. Our partners are enjoying the simplicity and effectiveness of their portal.
Magentrix has a unique development process, different from other portals and PRM's I have used. It took some time to learn the workflow, but they were there every time I needed help and usually solved any issues the same day.
The Salesforce integration was simple and has proven to be the most beneficial feature. Lead registration and deal management are simple. Collateral management and the built-in LMS features have also helped us easily manage our few-to-many partner model.
