The most comprehensive Supply Chain System out there
What do you like best about Magaya Supply Chain?
The implementation was a breeze and customer support was there when needed. Our warehouse use it on a daily basis, there are no complaints from the clerks, they find it easy to use and very intuitive. The operation side runs smooth as well, the many features it has helps a lot with the logistics process and keeps the customer informed of where is the cargo at and what is happening with it. We did an integration with a propietary system and again customer support did a great job keeping us updated on the timeframes and deployment.
What do you dislike about Magaya Supply Chain?
Only downside I see is the need to install the communication software on your computer, it is not a big deal, but may need to be installed by networks administratos depending on the security level of your network. I think they have plans to move it web based, which will be the only thing missing.
What problems is Magaya Supply Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a GREAT WMS, in the end that is the base of all the shipments, if you have a strong foundation you can do everything else with relatively ease. We use it for marine shipments, in and out, inventory control and billing.

Un sofware muy versaltil y amistoso
What do you like best about Magaya Supply Chain?
What I like the most is that I can have everything organized in one place and since the Magaya system is integrated into logistics, besides this, I like how it generates the bill of lading documents and regarding the billing processes, I consider it excellent.
What do you dislike about Magaya Supply Chain?
I have no complaints about the system since the way it is integrated helps me solve my logistical issues.
What problems is Magaya Supply Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, I have not found a problem that prevents me from working on my tasks.

FIFO Protocol, management of bonded products Easy to track product history
What do you like best about Magaya Supply Chain?
Is fantastic when you have restock of products with the same part number many times and you need to know how to apply the FIFO protocol and the allocation of stock.

The system is only with a remote app desktop, is not installed directly in the cpu.

Excellent all-around customer service and problem solving
What do you like best about Magaya Supply Chain?
The out of the box version of the software was perfect for our day to day operations, but a particular customer requested a specific operation which required some integrations, with which we had personalized attention from the development team.
What do you dislike about Magaya Supply Chain?
The fact that there is no integration yet to handle the billing and invoicing according to mexican authorities.
What problems is Magaya Supply Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an awesome communication with the different departments, and our reviews have been considered for new developments such as Flow. Not many companies have that openness to consider customers opinions before deployment.
