What do you like best about Maestro PMS?

Maestro PMS is visual, fast, and efficient. If you need assistance, Customer Service is quick and professional to help you with your issue and teach you new things about the software.

What do you dislike about Maestro PMS?

There is nothing I dislike about this software. Highly recommend!

What problems is Maestro PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Maestro PMS makes billing an ease as well as Night Audits with its numerous report options.

What do you like best about Maestro PMS?

Maestro PMS is super simple to learn and use. Once I got the operations down it was quick and easy to set up reservations for our guests. I'm so glad we use this program. I am impressed with the level of support we receive and the speed in which the support is delivered.

What do you dislike about Maestro PMS?

Trying to figure out the best way to do some things can be difficult and certain things that are seemingly simple are often a lot more complicated than they should be.

Recommendations to others considering Maestro PMS:

This software really does well in hospitality management and I highly recommend it.

What problems is Maestro PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

This system has enabled us put all our events and track bookings. It has also enabled us keep records of events and those for bookings.

I love how notes are integrated easily.

You cannot open multiple windows. Small print

Interface is a little boring but that's not that important

What do you like best about Maestro PMS?

Maestro is an incredibly thorough system. Each action involves plenty of prompts, making it difficult to make mistakes. This is especially nice if you are a beginner. My first experience with any sort of property management system was with Maestro, and I will say I learned a ton.

What do you dislike about Maestro PMS?

That being said, once you've used the system for awhile, the prompts get a bit irritating. The system is almost too thorough and it slows down checkins, checkouts, transactions, etc. I also wish that when inserting notes into reservations, there's some sort of automatic timestamp/signature of the one leaving the comment.

Recommendations to others considering Maestro PMS:

Learning this system will take time, but once you get the hang of it, you'll appreciate all the features it has to offer.

Maestro's thoroughness makes it easy to avoid errors. In the instance of an error, it's easy to retrace steps to figure out what went wrong and how to fix it.
