I love having the company overview. Seeing the power users and activity levels has been a game changer when having discussions with decision makers. Often times it has identified power users that have flown under the radar.
It would be nice if there was info on the icons when hovering
Helps to identify trends, power users, number of active users, specific usage.
The info that I can access is widely different compared to other tools. Seamlessy integrates into our Salesforce which makes this way better than the other tools we have used in the past.
Can't log into the website, can only log in via Salesforce. Would like a homepage where I can see all the accounts on MadKudu that I can rank.
Finding accounts and prospects in a market that is struggling. Being able to collaborate with colleagues makes using this tool very helpful as we can construct plans on tackling the market.
I like that I can see a snapshot of what is important to me. The way I can hop on salesforce and see what is most relevant and then take that straight to my messaging is awesome!
I wish the load times weren't as long. Sometimes, I get discouraged when I have to wait for a long time to see what I need to see in Salesforce. Other than that, all good!
MadKudu solves the problem of knowing how to attack different leads. Personalization is the name of the game for an SDR like me and MadKudu gives me the chance to personalize a lot!
I like how it shows you current active users of our products and also activity of the company that I am trying to work with. It gives me a lot of information that I didn't have in the past.

MadKudu makes it easy to integrate their technology into your tech stack. I've ditched all of my static lead scoring models for their dynamic machine-learning and trained model to help my team move quickly to address the way our market engages with our product.
I do not dislike anything about Madkudu. Their products are reliable, their service is impeccable and the entire staff is approachable.
1. Static lead scoring takes too much time and effort since the market changes quickly.
2. Easily add product and business datat to create a better customer fit model.
3. More firmographic and demographic data!!
MK solves a problem for us, it requires minimal effort to maintain, has never broken, and the team is responsive, strategic, and kind.
It's very sticky and would be hard to leave.
We need a way to focus AEs on the highest possible quality leads without depending on form fields. MK allows us to outsource this challenge and use machine learning to improve performance over time. MK has been part of the story that has helped us improve our sales velocity Q/Q for two years.
I've tested 5 or more lea scoring platforms. Some a good, some are crap. Madkudu is great.
Why?
- Their predictions are top notch (aka >70% concentration of revenue within less than 20% of leads).
- Their are one of the few that are API first (and not just a clunky UI or salesforce only thing)
- They are very reactive with feature requests
- They are applying predictions to a broader use case than just lead scoring.
I wish there was more behavioral data returned in the API
If you're thinking about it, you should absolutely engage with MadKudu. Their team is smart and knowledgeable, you will for sure benefit from exploring what their solution can do. Like any piece of software, it is important to champion MadKudu, have them come to your office for a lunch & learn to give your team exposure to them and a chance to ask questions. This has worked incredibly well at Segment & Drift.
Lead scoring usually only applies to sales teams. I'm a Marketer, and I'm the main user of Madkudu.
With Madkudu not only do I solve typical lead scoring challenges (sales efficiency & prioritization of effort) but also marketing challenges:

- the value of each lead, and recommendations on how to optimize my CAC/LTV
The product is great - easily implemented from a tech perspective. But what really sells MadKudu for me is the people I have dealt with. All of the team members at MK seem to be incredibly high performers and its very noticeable in the implementation of the product and the support you receive along the way. Shout out to HM for being a boss.
Perhaps more signals returned on the behavioural data side
With MadKudu we have been focusing on PQL's and how to score the huge volume of leads we get from our product. We've been able to increase conversion rates by prioritizing our outreach based on their scoring.
Moving forward, we will look to increase the efficiency of our demo funnel, optimize paid spend and run ABM programs at Marketing Qualified Accounts.
-Predictive scoring that compiles Firmographics (company size, geo, revenue...) + Technographics (cms, saas usage...)+ Behavioral data (what actions your best customers are taking on your site...).
-Action bias: Madkudu offers campaigns to use on the top of the scoring, so you can put your scoring to work right away, customize your onboarding process, trigger different actions based on scores.
-The API is easy to use and connect with other systems = endless possibilities!
-Great team with a "Michelin Star" kind of customer experience!
I wish there was more behavioral data returned in the API, more signals surfaced all, the information is really relevant for lead intel.
- We are using Madkudu to score prospects, users and target accounts at scale.

I've used MadKudu at 2 companies. Both times the team has been excellent. I really enjoy working with the people there and learning from them.
At my previous company, we were able to shift a sizable amount of our workforce to an outbound sales motion because of how accurate the score was in predicting not only the best leads but also the worst. It saved us ~2M in headcount and made us a more efficient business. This was in an enterprise environment with multiple products. MadKudu is Enterprise ready and can handle nuance.
