I really like the fact that CINNOX offers a customer-friendly digital ecosystem with features such as a web link feature to start a live chat session or a web call directly from our customers, who previously served them. This makes it much easier for them to get answers quickly and conveniently without having to wait on hold while they figure out who they need to speak with.

CINNOX is developed by a telco M800 which provides DID, ITFS and SMS service, etc. Traditionally, we can only rely on PSTN to make an off-net call to communicate between customers and us.
After having CINNOX, our customers and us can cross-communicate between on-net and off-net; our customers can chat with us through a widget on our corporate website or use a direct web link. Moreover, it can integrate with the most popular social media platforms such as WABA, Facebook Messager, WeChat or other third-party platforms. So, our customers can also contact us through their favorite social media.
We can handle most inquiries on a single platform, especially during the pandemic. We do not need to make some changes on our PABX to set call forwarding and avoid disclosing our personal phone number. We only need a web browser or mobile app. Furthermore, CINNOX provides APIs for us to achieve different management, operation or reporting tasks, such as sending bulk SMS from a template or generating various kinds of reports.
The system design of CINNOX may focus on marketing or sales, so the handler can only access their inquiries. If this platform is for the CS department, they cannot access all queries. So, it is recommended to make the platform more flexible. A particular profile will be applied after updating the organization's industry field, selecting a predefined department/team field, and adding more user roles and permissions.
It can help to reduce the workload of managing multiple platforms. Also, I can easily assign a staff or a staff list to the route for different directories or destination numbers.
I like that the platform is very user-friendly, and the features are not overly cluttered. It is simple to navigate with a good interface, and also very importantly, easy to install the software by anyone in the company. The platform provides a multi-purpose communication tool that can be used for customer meetings and team collaborations. I also like that CINNOX offers toll-free numbers that you can use to receive all your calls and manage your records more conveniently within the dashboard. You can also upgrade to gain the feature to send and receive SMS. I heard that QR codes can be scanned for convenience by customers, to avoid filling in particulars. I've not tried this feature though and will be glad to do so. The video and audio are also excellent. Overall, a good platform to stay connected with your customers and colleagues.
I've not thoroughly explored the platform, however, I felt that the product demo could be well elaborated with an eloquent presentation. Not that it is a showstopper or anything, ultimately, the platform is incredibly easy to understand and utilize.

I like all the features and tools especially the video calls direct from the enquiry option. This helps a lot for my staff to manage those customers who requires extra attentions.

As far as team collaboration is concerned, maaiiconnect offers screen sharing as a feature alongside video conferencing. You can record and share all calls and conferences, and maaiiconnect also generates reports for these calls so you can keep better track of concerns and enquiries from the customers.
maaiiconnect offers a virtual toll-free number that you can use to receive all your calls and manage your records in a more convenient fashion within the dashboard. You can also upgrade to gain the feature to send and receive SMS. For the purpose of sending PSAs or making announcements, maaiiconnect allows you to send messages in bulk. Additionally, it can integrate with Facebook Messenger.
Overall, maaiiconnect allows you to have more than one single way of communicating with customers and coworkers in one single platform.
I like my experience with maaiiconnect so far. But it would help a lot if there was a free trial for Pro. Before we upgraded to Pro at my organization, we were skeptical as to whether the cost and the features that come with Pro would be worth it. We're quite happy with it now, but making that decision would've been a lot easier if there was a free trial for us to try.
You can't go wrong with choosing maaiiconnect for chatting or having conferences with customers. I highly recommend it as the software is very promising and it's backed by a competent team.
I've been using maaiiconnect at our organization now to collaborate for projects with a small team that I lead. It is by far the best all-in-one communication software I've come across where I can easily manage and handle all my messages and phone calls in one window. This is incredibly helpful for generating reports of customer calls as they're not all over the place. maaiiconnect makes it so much easier to micromanage meetings. The benefit I've realized is that you can have up to 5000 mins of on-net call times that reses on the first day of every month.
maaiiconnect has a user-friendly interface with an intuitive dashboard that's easy enough to understand and use. It takes very little time to set-up and and provides an excellent platform for customer interaction through live chat, voice calls, and video calls. Video and audio are of good quality and bandwidth usage is quite low. It sorts all calls that are open, being handled, or missed automatically in the respective categories for easier means of monitoring them. maaiiconnect also allows report generation for calls, chats, SMS, etc in a convenient manner.
maaiiconnect currently has no support for WhatsApp or WeChat calls for some international customers.

I don't have the technical background to understand the differences of software, but in comparison to a few other platforms I personally used such as Zendesk, Helpshift, Skype and Zoom, I find that maaiiconnect kind of like a mix of everything. To me, the ability for me to blast SMS from my own dashboard without going through another provider seems magical, and loved my dedicated toll-free number which makes my customer management so pro. I know there are similar things out there but I think maaiiconnect is great because it's so affordable!
