What I love most about Message,io is how fast I can program a bot to act on our website. Out of the products I have tried in the past, Message,io seems to be the easiest to learn and acclimate to.

For someone who is not as experienced in the industry of computer science and traditional coding, Message,io is rather slow to learn. I would love is Message,io provided more tutorials for those who need to learn.

Message,io helps my team cover our increasing client contact with the option to have a bot identify key words in emails and messages on our website and provide them with the correct FAQ answer.

Mio really helps in making sure that members of a team are able to collaborate despite using different technologies and devices. I appreciate how it streamlines the process of cross-application collaboration.

I dislike that Mio's user interface is still a bit confusing to use. It is hard that there isn't much of a robust tool to help when someone first starts using Mio.

Mio is solving the problem of challenging collaboration given so many different applications on the market. I am more productive using Mio for sure! I know my friends would agree.
