The user interface can sometimes be difficult to understand.

M- files is very useful and fastest to download files in a simple way. Its very faster when searching documents.

Unable to view folder lists in home and documents type.

It helps to keep documents safer and used to search documents with their file name.

When on prem was slow, now that it is cloud based much faster

PO's and Invoices, and product sales. Super easy to locate when customer is asking for documentation

Yes! i have a problem with M-File and that is slow processing speed on cloud while we opening a folder once it take too much time and opens document after a long delay .

while on the other side we are use offline it is much better.So we need to improve storage parts upgrades.

It solves sharing of data to different departements like we share document having 25MB file it is too large to send by email so there we just upload in m files and saher the link with reciever very easily.

Very easy to create classification structure and easy to deploy the entire solution.

M-Files Classic Web needs more improvement.

By creating the workflow for several approvals, it is reducing the entire life cycle.

I like the best regarding M-Files you can classify your necessary documentation very efficiently. It is straightforward to find your company.

Considering all the positive features of M files; there is only one negative thing I can say. The user interface needs to be improved. If they can manage to improve, there is a promising future waiting for M-Files.

M-files is definitely value for money companies that want to procure a document management system

Good classification of document types. Good integration with MS Outlook and Excel. You can easily update and save the document to M-files. It makes your work much more manageable.
