It has such an intuitive interface and controls that allow me to explore and apply adjustments comfortably and it has a good and powerful AI engine (GenSwap and AI Mask being the ones I use frequently). Luminar Neo supports RAW files that allow detailed adjustments to be processed in high–quality. I was always able to fix editing issues that arose due to its technical support that responds quickly to any queries.

Its functionality is consistent and everything it offers is easily workable at the end of the day; I can't find anything unfavorable that would make me question my choice for Luminar Neo.

Luminar Neo manages a balance between automation and creative intervention; it has automated tools to transform images without relying on extensive manual edits and allows me to correct and enhance visual material in seconds, from event photos to images for digital campaigns.

noise removal, improvement of facial details (when processing portraits), ability to clone or remove unnecessary fragments of pictures (with AI support).

Luminar continues adding features that expand usability of the app. They have made it very easy to now do single image edits rather than setting up albums or folders, so the program is much less cumbersome than previously, while retaining the ability to save custom preset combinations for future use. The before/after slider is also useful.

What I especially appreciate are the levels of enhancement in the panel options - essentials covers most everyday edits, but additional levels (creative, portrait, and pro) provide additional editing features.

The interface is very easy to work with in addition to saving time when working with presets. Also, the quality of the AI tools are very good.

I wish it have more abilites to work on batch photos and generative mode need to be more accurate.

Superbly fast and easy to use photo editing software. Intuitive learning and processing, well supported from Skylum and many YouTube videos. A reported problem was immediately responded to and the solution email exchanges seemed to be in real time with no delays, and the process was clearly shown, step by step, in response emails.

Nothing at all to dislike on any front - an amazing product

Photo editing to an exceptional standard that is fast to use and provides excellent results. So many extensions and features to choose from and to use.

I have been using Luminar Neo for more than a year now, what I like the most is that with each update, the team is bringing more and more amazing features which are relevant and important for a photo editing tool of today, this greatly helps you get the desired outputs.

The interface is also very intuitive and easy to understand, so no barrier of entry there for a newbie like me. It has tons of artificial intelligence powered tools such as background removing ability, lighting enhancement, and of course generative AI to create magic with your prompts.

The simplicity with which apparent operations can be done.

I haven't figured that out yet. This may be due to the fact that I am discovering the program more and more.

Editing photos in a professional manner that is great for a novice photo editor. It is a nice and clear program to work with.
