"Affordable and effective"
What do you like best about Lumavate?

It's intuitive and flexible in a way that allows you to even use the same template, but provide different experiences for my clients based on their needs.

What do you dislike about Lumavate?

Once you have entered some information, such as drop down menus, you cannot move the menu info around, you would have to delete what you have done and go back to the point you would like to make the change...

when you open a chat window, it would be great if that could be moved around. Otherwise it opens on the navigation pane.

Recommendations to others considering Lumavate:

Try it out first using the free account, you won't be sorry.

What problems is Lumavate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lumivate is allowing me to put information at my clients fingertips. It provides immediate access to information my clients need so that can make informed healthcare decisions.

For me, it's allowed me to be ahead of the curve with the benefits I'm able to bring to my clients. It helps me stand out in a very crowded industry.

What do you like best about Lumavate?

The mobile app has increased out engagement with our more than 400 agents across the country. They enthusiastically signed up and it is our primary channel of communication.

What do you dislike about Lumavate?

We have no complaints at this time. It's working quite well.

What problems is Lumavate solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to rely exclusively on emailed PDF memos. This is a much more effective mode of delivery.

I can't think of anything that I dislike about Lumavate! Leigh and her team are an amazing bunch!

What do you like best about Lumavate?

Their staff, especially Leigh Hamer, were amazing! They were professional and patient and friendly! A courteous and professional staff in addition to an amazing product! I absolutely love the fact that we can have an app, especially for our clients, and there is no coding involved!

What do you dislike about Lumavate?

I have yet to find a "dislike". This is a great product!

Customer service is VERY important for ANY thing you purchase and Lumavate goes above and beyond in this area! Not only that but the product is amazing! I love our mobile app and love the fact that my team and I were able to pretty much set this up on our own!!!

We are making our services and our mission more accessible to our clients as a lot of them may not have a computer but they do have smart phones.

Definitely consider Lumavate because the team is responsible and responsive, great customer service, willing to make adjustments based on feedback. Professional and easy to work with.

The app is attractive to members of our community who are very tech focused and comfortable with this type of technology. We are able to reach a broader audience as well as having our information be received at a faster level.

What do you like best about Lumavate?

Always very responsive and understood our needs. I also like that the platform is very user friendly.

The team was great my only dislike was the functionality with the tool. I wish the tool would automatically adjust with desktop users.

What do you like best about Lumavate?

I love the ease of changing information and designing an updated platform. It really makes out brand look way better than I could of imagined! As a group we are overall very impressed with the product, and was blown away by the amount of training and support the Lumavate team offered.

What do you dislike about Lumavate?

On my android phone it is hard to make it appear as if it's an app (in the app drawer), and instead lives on my home screen. I'm a stickler for keeping a tidy home screen. I understand why it is like that given the nature of the product, but wish it would present like an app on my phone.

Recommendations to others considering Lumavate:

It is one of the easiest platforms to set up, and the team is so helpful at navigating the system, that is a no-brainer when choosing a platform to develop.

What problems is Lumavate solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were looking for a way to communicate important information to our members. We are constantly having new events and news pop up, and we typically send out either too many emails, or we save them for our monthly email which sometimes isn't quick enough. This platform allows us to keep the people who are wanting to keep in touch with us a way to stay up to date.

"I'm not a developer or designer but created an app within hours"
What do you like best about Lumavate?

The best thing about Lumavate is that it's easy to use and even easier to make updates. The app we created for our organization was literally live within a matter of hours and we can make updates minutes before our events. We never would have been able to go the "normal" route of creating an app because it would have taken time and resources we don't have. Lumavate allowed us to provide an app experience that doesn't require a development shop for us and also doesn't require a traditional "download" from our users. Users simply text to get the link or scan a QR to access the app without needing to go to the app store. It's also easier to update our app than to update our WordPress website.

What do you dislike about Lumavate?

There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to saving the app to your home screen vs. going through the traditional app download process, but the way we promote the app at our events makes it less of an issue for us.

Recommendations to others considering Lumavate:

Use their team! One of the other benefits is their level of expertise in the space. They are very knowledgeable about marketing and about mobile experience.

What problems is Lumavate solving and how is that benefiting you?

We dreamed about having an app to use at our events but knew it wouldn't be feasible to go the traditional route. When we used Lumavate we were able to connect with our event attendees via mobile to provide real-time information about our events - sponsors, speaker, social channels. This has helped us better engage and connect our community, which is the entire purpose of our organization.
