LumApps: An intuitive and powerful digital workplace
What do you like best about LumApps?
When working with content creators who are transferring from our previous intranet solution, an hour of training and a follow-up or two are typically all that's required to get them trained and producing content with confidence. For those who have little or no web publishing experience, two hours of training is often all that is needed.
What do you dislike about LumApps?
I find that I occasionally run into platform restrictions that prevent me from producing animated or interactive content outside of what is provided by the built-in widget options.
What problems is LumApps solving and how is that benefiting you?
LumApps is providing the channel where we can unite a patchwork of websites across our enterprise. This allows us to improve our ability to ensure accessibility, compliance with privacy laws, and ensure adherence to our brand guidelines. More importantly, we are able to improve and streamline our team member's digital workplace experience.

What do you like best about LumApps?
It's flexibility to bend to whatever you need it to be. Intranets can be more about news, data, info or community. Lumapps does all of those and does them really well.
What do you dislike about LumApps?
it's flexibility can also be it's downfall. It can easily morph and change into a large behemoth if you don't have good oversight and understanding of what you want your intranet to be.

What do you like best about LumApps?
The flexibility and amount of options are terrific. The tool grows with you.
What do you dislike about LumApps?
There are a few minor tweaks I'd like to see, such as ability to drag and drop budgets and rows but these don't compromise the overall value
What problems is LumApps solving and how is that benefiting you?
Too email heavy which is difficult to search and is a non-starter for employees who joined after the email was sent.
