"You can do it all/graphic design for the non design professional"

What do you like best about Marq?

With lucid press you can do it all. Especially for individuals who are not graphic design professionals. We use lucid press to design things for mini campaigns and with out having to use our already overworked graphic design department. We've created digital pieces, post cards, flyers, posters pretty much anything you could ever need.

What do you dislike about Marq?

There really isn't anything that I dislike to be completely honest. It works a lot better than other competitors, and it's designed for the average joe whose not a professional graphic design artists. It obviously can't take the place of what a professional design program can do, but it works thay great!

What problems is Marq solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to create and design things that we can use and use for mini campaigns without having to put more stress on our already overworked marketing/graphic design department.

Kudos to the Help Center

I emailed the Help Center four times for help with the Lucid Press design software as I am a novice, 76 years old and technically challenged. Morgan and Sean helped me on various occasions and went above and beyond, going the extra mile to make sure I understood the information and that they covered all the bases. They did all this with graciousness and aplomb. This to me was especially exemplary considering the fact that I was using the basic version of the software which is free and I was not a paying customer. So kudos to the owners of Lucid Press and for the stellar individuals in the Help Center. I used to work in a Help Center and know the pressures that come with dealing with multiple people who want answers immediately all day long. Your organization has a lot to teach others about customer service and respect for the customer.

"Incredible Quality Results Quickly"

What do you like best about Marq?

Lucidpress has quickly become my go-to for office announcements, email blasts, and invitation designs. It is easy to learn, intuitive and user-friendly.

What do you dislike about Marq?

Some options have limited templates. I often send postcards and announcements company-wide and look forward to them expanding this library.

What problems is Marq solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is akin to having a graphics department that anyone can run—beautiful images in a timely and professional manner and presentation.

"Feature rich and easy to use for all abilities"

What do you like best about Marq?

The solution enables me to do everything I need - I am able to create brochures, whitepapers, and wireframes. It is far easier to use than Indesign.

What do you dislike about Marq?

It would be useful if Lucidpress had a larger selection of icons to use or an integration with something like FontAwesome, which would allow us to use them.

The ability to quickly create marketing material in house.

I had an issue with a payment

I had an issue with a payment. It got applied to an account I didn’t use & not to my primary account. While I hate only electronic customer support I was BLESSED to get Morgan and he was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He was able to move my payment to my primary account along with my pictures and previously created documents. He was incredibly responsive and never made me feel my questions were “crazy” or unreasonable. He was an absolute JOY to work with.

Customer Service and Software is great!

Lucid Press not only offers a great software for creating standout essays, but their customer service is also very understanding. I had a stressful experience when they charged me for a free trial when I cancelled my subscription on the same day. However, these people were understanding and gave me a full refund. Check them out!

Personal Experience

The subscription option obviously allows more access; I found the platforms straight forward & have used other LUCID products which were especially compatible with the MAC.I finished some work & knew I wouldn't be needing LUCID for about 6 months so did not renew however money was debited from my account. I contacted their billing team & after investigation I will receive a refund.I will return to LUCID & recommend them based on my personnel experience.

"LucidPress Makes My Job Easier"

What do you like best about Marq?

I love that I can set my branded colors and fonts and easily build and design, literally, whatever I need. Their customization tools and templates have so far met my needs as well as having access to stock images. So many great features!

What do you dislike about Marq?

It would be nice to have more icons that you can modify colors or the ability to modify images more, but other than that, its great.

What problems is Marq solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am an Ops/HR Manager along with a few other hats and Lucidpress allows me to quickly make a graphic, banner, or even modify existing graphics super quickly and easily since our logos and branding elements are ready to use. I don't have to spend a ton of time building something from scratch as they offer a large number of templates and sizes to choose from.
