What do you like best about LoyaltyPlant?
LoyaltyPlant has given new life to our dark kitchen restaurant project! We used to rely on aggregators all the time we worked in the market, but due to the commissions we had to pay for each order, it was hard to make a solid profit from the project. When we started using LoyaltyPlant, we launched direct delivery (through the branded app) and started working closely with the loyalty program—this brought our whole marketing efforts to a new level.
What do you dislike about LoyaltyPlant?
The process of launching required effort from our side, so you'll need a dedicated person from your team who can be involved in this work. The rest is good.

What do you like best about LoyaltyPlant?
I highly recommend LoyaltyPlant as their product really helps to drive more revenue by increasing the order volume, average bill (yes, people order more through the app!), and turning the audience into a loyal one. We have been using their platform for our Asian QSR chain for more than 3 years, and the whole team (including employees in the restaurants) likes its simplicity of use, app features, design, and CRM. Additionally, it’s amazing that they use AI to make effective marketing campaigns, which we tried several times—it was cool.
What do you dislike about LoyaltyPlant?
The LoyaltyPlant product works perfectly for restaurant chains that have several locations. For those who have just a few locations, you’ll probably need to educate your marketers so they get involved in the process of working with the CRM system and making special marketing campaigns.

- We receive more revenue owing to direct delivery (and don’t spend big commissions through aggregators).
