The customer service is excellent, I have had great interactions with Sathiya and Abi, who both helped me to manually import points for our customers.

We had a very clear use case, which was to 1) incentivise our current customers to refer friends and family to buy our products, and 2) increase customer testimonials through reviews, photographs and videos.

We've been using Loyalty Lion for about 6 months so far. The onboarding rep was very helpful throughout the implementation process and helped us decide how to structure our program. They have a lot of integrations available which makes it easy to set up actions, rewards, and reminders for our customers. The team has been very easy to work with and is quick to respond to questions from our team. They continue to roll out new features and improve their product as well.
There are a few features that I wish we had such as the ability to schedule promotions such as double point days in advance instead of manually turning on and off. As well as the ability to integrate with multiple Attentive accounts since we have separate ones for each country.
We are using Loyalty Lion to improve customer retention on our shopify site so we don't lose them to other brands or to a 3rd party sales channel.
In the last year loyalty has been a huge contributor to our buisness growth. Its allowing us to ensure we drive customer retention through rewarding the right customers for being loyal to us. Leading us to be thinking "loyalty first" in many of our promotions and campaigns.
In addition, the platform is super easy to use and the support from our CSM has been great!
Doesn't connect to Ometria very well. We miss out on being able to send triggered emails from Ometria instead we would have to use Loyalty Lion templates but then this means we have no control on freqency and prioritisation with other triggered campaigns that we do send from Ometria.
Would also love to see more data sharing to ometria for example: coupon code sharing to so that we can retarget customers with codes.

The support was really helpful & I wanted to add tags related to loyaltylion tires and it didint even take hours to get the support needed. Sathiya was great at helping me with setting up my required setting in shopify. Seamless experience

It's simple to use, and the team is so nice and efficient! I like the fact that i have someone to talk with at each stage of our contract. We use it on our website and recently upgrade our plan. The implementation & integration were easy because everything is done by the Loyalty Lion Team. I use it weekly just to check if everything is ok. There are many features available.
