What do you like best about LoyaltyLion?

It is a pretty automated feature that enables our customers to refer friends quickly and easily, whilst incentivising our customers to carry out activities helping the brand to grow.

The customer service is excellent, I have had great interactions with Sathiya and Abi, who both helped me to manually import points for our customers.

What do you dislike about LoyaltyLion?

Nothing yet, it's all gone smoothly so far, and seems very easy to use.

What problems is LoyaltyLion solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a very clear use case, which was to 1) incentivise our current customers to refer friends and family to buy our products, and 2) increase customer testimonials through reviews, photographs and videos.

This is adding to our bottom line by increasing new customers and improving conversion rates via additional social proofing being available on-site.

At the same time current customers are being rewarded for engaged with the brand, with discounts to be used against future purchases.

The support received during the unboarding proces was great!

Libby, our Oboarding Manager, was quick in responded, detailed during the meetings and overall helpful.

The implementation was smooth, they were always willing to adapt to our specific needs/requirements and offer recomendations.

Highly recommend.

What do you dislike about LoyaltyLion?

We were happy and liked overall. No dislikes.

Earning points for customers for gifts when performing specific tasks, like writing a review, creating and account, referring a friend etc. Also, have the opportunity to have different Loyaly Tiers.

Not the cheapest option, onboarding estimate from the sales team was a lot longer than we really needed

What do you like best about LoyaltyLion?

We've been using Loyalty Lion for about 6 months so far. The onboarding rep was very helpful throughout the implementation process and helped us decide how to structure our program. They have a lot of integrations available which makes it easy to set up actions, rewards, and reminders for our customers. The team has been very easy to work with and is quick to respond to questions from our team. They continue to roll out new features and improve their product as well.

What do you dislike about LoyaltyLion?

There are a few features that I wish we had such as the ability to schedule promotions such as double point days in advance instead of manually turning on and off. As well as the ability to integrate with multiple Attentive accounts since we have separate ones for each country.

What problems is LoyaltyLion solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using Loyalty Lion to improve customer retention on our shopify site so we don't lose them to other brands or to a 3rd party sales channel.

What do you like best about LoyaltyLion?

In the last year loyalty has been a huge contributor to our buisness growth. Its allowing us to ensure we drive customer retention through rewarding the right customers for being loyal to us. Leading us to be thinking "loyalty first" in many of our promotions and campaigns.

In addition, the platform is super easy to use and the support from our CSM has been great!

What do you dislike about LoyaltyLion?

Doesn't connect to Ometria very well. We miss out on being able to send triggered emails from Ometria instead we would have to use Loyalty Lion templates but then this means we have no control on freqency and prioritisation with other triggered campaigns that we do send from Ometria.

Would also love to see more data sharing to ometria for example: coupon code sharing to so that we can retarget customers with codes.

Loyalty Lion is helping us to increase our retention rates by ensuring we reward loyal customers

The support was really helpful & I wanted to add tags related to loyaltylion tires and it didint even take hours to get the support needed. Sathiya was great at helping me with setting up my required setting in shopify. Seamless experience

What do you like best about LoyaltyLion?

It's simple to use, and the team is so nice and efficient! I like the fact that i have someone to talk with at each stage of our contract. We use it on our website and recently upgrade our plan. The implementation & integration were easy because everything is done by the Loyalty Lion Team. I use it weekly just to check if everything is ok. There are many features available.
