We were able to consolidate from multiple tools into one resource because Loxo does it all! So thankful to find a legit all in one solution. My only frustration is that it took so long for us to find them!

I have a fairly sizable recruiting team and have been using Recruit CRM for about three years now. After numerous frustrations with email sequencing and parsing (and other promised but ghosted deliverables), my team is excited to be transitioning to Loxo. In a matter of minutes of working with their CEO, it was clear that this company, this platform, this team has a firm grasp on recruiting essentials. In every dimension, their system eclipses the capabilities inside RCRM.

Previous CRM systems we used were clunky and slow, but Loxo's user interface is easy to use and so far seems far quicker. Loxo's customizable platform and ability to serve as an all-in-one data capture system. Additionally, they have been very helpful with the migration of all our historical data onto their platform.
No system is perfect but this is definitely a step up from what we used prevoiusly and seems better than any other competitors

The platform is very user-friendly and intuitive. They do a great job using cutting-edge technology to benefit their system and ultimately their customers. It allows our consultants to seamlessly run their projects and keep track of their relationships!

We enjoy Loxo as it doesnt resemble any of the archaic recruitment systems we have dealt with in the past in any way. The functionality, ease of use, and ability to create compounding value for our international team of consultants is refreshing. We have done a lengthy research process and the core CRM/ATS function is best in class for our boutique executive search firm. The constant innovation around generative AI is the icing on the cake.
We have yet to experience any negatives.

The only bad thing i could say is its not free!
We needed a fast, familiar looking ATS, as we are all very accustomed to LinkedIn. Loxo provides a fantastic UI, with all the integration we could ever need.
Loxo caught our eye during the demoing of multiple CRM/ATS options. However, the cost was prohibiting us from moving forward when we wanted to. We set a goal for ourselves internally to eventually get loxo, and we have now been (happily) using it for almost a year!
Loxo does A LOT, so you can't expect it to be perfect. For the options it does provide, though, it does a really good job.
Here's just some of what we love about Loxo:
1) One source of information (minus LinkedIn)
2) Responsive customer service
3) Constantly updating features
4) Consistent, daily use (it doesn't matter how good the software is if your team isn't using it)
1) No mobile app
2) Loxo Source's "Years of Experience" doesn't work well

What I appreciate most about Loxo is its incredible versatility. It serves as both a CRM and an ATS for our recruiting needs, doubling as a robust sales and marketing platform. We rely on Loxo for all our recruiting activities and business development campaigns. Notably, Loxo's sourcing capabilities surpass even LinkedIn Recruiter, all at a significantly lower cost. The continuous addition of features and top-notch customer support are major advantages.
No real downsides that I have found yet. Would love if I could differentiate bewteen work and personal email using the email finder.

I love that loxo has internal sourcing as well as it has internal texting and phone calling. Customer support is quick and its super easy to use.
So far nothing, all is well with the software.
Its just an easier ATS to use.
