As a small business starts, all you care about is money and product, but suddenly you realize, that you forgot about taxes and then it can be too late...But I was lucky what my friend mentioned about lovat and now I don't need to worry about taxes anymore. Full focus on the product and ads

Point of Sale office for a face-to-face discussion would be good as I like a real-life partnership

A good altenrative to expensive systems

What do you like best about LOVAT?

Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy to use. Previously, there were constant errors when calculating taxes for buyers from different countries, but now the system automatically determines the correct VAT rate depending on the customer's country. I liked that updates with bug fixes are released regularly. Good system of notifications and reminders.

What do you dislike about LOVAT?

Our new employees often complain they can't figure out how to use the program, the logic of building functions is a bit strange, but it's good that there are training materials so it's not a big issue eventually

The software tracks all changes in legislation and warns us in advance. Forming and submitting declarations now takes literally a few clicks.

Worth a look, despite minor issues

What do you like best about LOVAT?

I used to sit all day and calculate VAT, but now I connected Shopify to Lovat and everything is automatic. I save a lot of time every month. I especially like that the system automatically tracks changes in tax rates.

What do you dislike about LOVAT?

I didn't like that they didn't warn me about the update. A month ago, the system ""fell"" for almost half a day, just when I was supposed to send an urgent report. The entire platform was unavailable, and I was already panicking because the penalties for delay are huge. The team fixed everything and even added useful features later, but it would have been nice if they had warned me about such things in advance.

What problems is LOVAT solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've been using Lovat for 6 months now and it just saved us from the VAT headache. Previously, my colleague and I calculated everything manually, constantly made mistakes, and once even got a fine for missing a deadline. Now the system does everything itself, reminds me of deadlines and tracks changes in tax legislation. Even when I got sick, I was able to check from my phone that all reports were sent on time.

What do you like best about LOVAT?

Accuracy - Lovat keeps us up to date with tax regulation changes, reducing our risk for errors, and extra time spent on correcting issues.

What do you dislike about LOVAT?

The minor drawback is the intial setup that takes some time, especially when compiling tax rules for multiple jurisdictions - support was helpful in answering our questions

What problems is LOVAT solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our ecommerce site ships to 50+ countries, and tax compliance has been a complete pain. This platform has eliminated the need for a fulltime position on this role, and we can focus on other more important tasks. Import rules and regulations vary, so the data LOVAT is able to provide us is extremely valuable and time saving.

What do you like best about LOVAT?

LOVAT is an impressive package that has made my VAT returns much simpler. I can rapidly complete it with just a couple of clicks because it regulates the entire procedure.
