Lou's tour builder is powerful, easy and flexible. The analytics they offer help reveal what is working and what is not and provide concrete steps to improve.

There are some tricks to getting Lou's popups to attach to certain kinds of url structures like unique uids on modal windows.

The fact that it's a chrome plugin is great - allows me to build it WYSIWYG. I can see exactly what's happening and how it will show up. Also, there are a few options (walk throughs, onboarding, announcements, etc.)

And it's constantly improving, last month they release the Checklist feature that it's awesome.

The browser extension seems heavy and it gets very slow sometimes. I think it's because it works heavily on the page DOM, but still I hope it will be improved soon.
