I really enjoy being able to connect all of my social media accounts to Loomly. It makes it so much easier to post and saves me a ton of time. Plus now that they have added TikTok I'm even more happy.

I really don't have any issues with Loomly.

Loomly helps me to be more efficient and saves me time.

Scheduling works great, can have loads of profiles, multi-users and sign-off process. All for loads less money than Sprout Social.

The reporting isn't detailed enough and only works from when you started using Loomly, it would be better if it tapped into historical data.

For the cost of a subscription, it blows away the competition.

Sign off process - means we no longer need to use spreadsheets and google docs before scheduling!

Loomly is very well priced, compared to others in the market that supply the same features. And they are very quick to respond to any queries.

I dislike not having a LinkedIn Business Profile and Personal Profile on the same calendar - causes problems when it comes to making changes.

The approval process with clients is smooth and easy for both us & the client.

It's easy and user friendly... Lovely to deal with... Saves me tons and tons of time to post individually on each platform. With one last click, after few adjustments, I get to post 10 posts per day with great convenience and efficiency. They even recommend word length and video length tailored to each platform.... Loomly is such a crucial tool that I use to guarantee success for my own organization and for my clients as well. It helped me solve the biggest challenge of post multiple times a day on multiple platforms at different times. Social media became a breeze with loomly. Has easily saved me 75% of the time that I had to spend on managing social media per organization.

My favorite loomly feature is being able to save in the library all my material and also writing notes for each. This enables me to go back easily to a specific video to repost and just copy and paste what's in the notes. Another feature that I like is ungrouping and grouping posts. Very convenient and efficient... Can I say Customer Service is the Absolute Best!!!!!!!!!

Would love to see AI incorporated in it... The dream is that it even creates the posts for me and schedule them...

Also would love it if they can add actual analytics on actual audience to give exact recommended times for each platform.

That said, they are constantly improving their platform and sending us on email the quick summaries of how to use newer features.

I really love that I'm able to plan for all social platforms, and I use it on a frequent basis. It's minimalistic and not complicated to use. When I had a hard time connecting, their customer service was quick to respond. They have analytics as a feature which allows me to send reports to clients. I'm also able to integrate it with Canva now, which I haven't tested but excited about that update.

I sometimes have a hard time downloading video media from the app. I prefer the reminder emails they send out with all the copy and visuals attached.

It allows me to plan for multiple days in advance, for three different platforms. It also automatically posts on those platforms so I don't have to

It's easy to bring a team member in to add new posts and still "Submit to Approval." I like that I can be the finalizer.

That Instagram doesn't take images outside of the 1:1 ratio. Not all our images are best at that ratio.

Delegating approval/scheduling.

Loomly tells me when posts fail to go out. And their push notifications are really helpful for manual posting. Their back-end help is incredibly clear and responsive, I've always understood their responses when I have questions and they're very fast when I have a complicated question/issue I need help with. This is the only scheduling platform I use. And I use it at least 5 days a week. Sometimes more when posting for my personal accounts.

I wish I could pick the cover images for Insta reels and TikToks, but I don't think that's a Loomly issue. Also, I can't wait for the API to Threads!

The primary drawback I've encountered with Loomly is its current limitation in uploading PDF documents to LinkedIn. I prefer sharing PDFs on this platform for the convenience of users swiping through pages, but currently, I have to manually create these posts on LinkedIn. It would greatly enhance the user experience if Loomly could incorporate a feature allowing the seamless upload of PDFs directly to LinkedIn.
