I enjoy how easy it is to record and send information to my teams. The desktop app is also a nice feature.

Being able to record a video and then send it out within minutes is a game changer.

Sometimes there are little glitches about it not recording the whole screen, and I have to restart the program. For the most part, I do not have any complaints.

Loom allows us not to have to do video calls as much. I can keep our teams accountable while saving us way more time. It does help me to be more productive throughout my week.

It is easy to use and easy to share the videos. I also like that the videos are stored in the cloud and I can reshare the videos to train new people when needed.

Sometimes I lose track of the controls when recording a video and moving between tabs. It would help if the controls were always on top and easily accessible when recording.

Loom helps me to connect with my distributed global workforce. I can provide Loom video links when I am trying to explain a project or task. And they can watch when they are available.

My team works all across the country in different time zones, and Looms helps us to connect during all times of day and keeps us working efficiently in our fast-pace company. It's great to be able to not have to schedule a Zoom call with someone and can instead send them a Loom video, and get notified when they have viewed it so you are able to hold your team accountable. It's great that this integrates with Zoom as well, it helps keep all of our work in one place.

I would like to the tool to trim clips out of videos was set up more like iMovie so I could see where I clipped last as I am working on clipping out a differnt part.

It helps me reduce the number of Zoom meetings I have to schedule and coordinate. Helps working with remote team members in all different time zones easier beause we can communicate via Loom at our own time.

We love the ability to share multiple libraries with any of of many clients in an easy to user easy to access venue. While limiting access is simple, allowing access is just as easy. Once the video is uploaded our clients can view as many time as they need with out requiring assistance from our team. This frees up time that in the past was dedicated to answering emails and forwarding videos on a as needed basis.

The edit function does not allow you to edit out the parts you want removed , it makes you keep the parts you like which does not jive with any other sofware I have used.

Since it has a 5 min limit it helps me be consice and to the point when recording videos. Also it is super easy and you can share it almost instantly. A great tool to tackle work.

Not much really. I havent thought about anything that really bothers me. I think it is a great tool for every day use. Maybe I would like to have some extra options built in.

Sometimes I have to explain things to my team but we cannot have a meeting or phonecall so me recording something real quick saves us time and helps us deliver in time.

Loom is easy to use, and they keep making super helpful improvements. I use it almost every day. I love being able to organize into folders and also being able to quickly download a video if I need to.

I have trouble using the Chrome extension, so I tend to only use the downloaded app.

As a freelancer, I'm not always working when my clients are. Being able to quickly describe via video makes our working relationship so much smoother. We can quickly explain something without having to type 1000 words.....and then proofread those words so you didn't leave something out!

It is super easy to use for both my consumers and me, and I deal with the senior population, which loves to tell me they are not techy! Everyone I send videos to has been impressed and likes the video along with my emails. The videos have cut down my back, and forth emails and they also keep me from being on the phone to explain simple tasks or items.

I honestly do not have anything to complain about, especially for the price! Loom is super low cost and effective.

It's so easy to use, the Chrome attachment makes everything really simple and quick! I love how simple it is to share the video afterwards and that you know when someone has watched it.

Sometimes it's a little confusing to switch between screens and make sure that it's still recording but overall it works super well and I don't have any issues with it.

Loom makes it super easy to share videos of bugs, problems, or issues that I'm having. It's so much simpler to send a link to a Loom video than try to explain my problems in an email. It's also really easy to upload the video to other platforms like Wistia and to share it further.

In the age of remote work, Loom makes it easy to quickly communicate complex ideas in minutes rather than slacking a novel to a colleague.

I haven't found a downside. It's not free if I have to find one.
