La structure exitante pour rédiger des contrats commerciaux mais égalementle référenciel avec des clauses précises et surtout ACTUALISE. Avoir les dernières directives législatives est essentiel, en raison de l'importance de chaque termes qui sont rédigés dans les contrats.

En tant que professionel du droit, j'effectue quotidiennement de la révision du contrat,le prix est élevé mais surtout j'aimerai pouvoir intégrer la possibilité de convertir des brouillons parfois réalisés par mes clients pour gagner du temps.

L'ajout et la vérification de la législation dans les contrats. L'homogénéisation et la possibilté d'utiliser WORD avec l'ajout de l'outil Loio qui est hyper efficiace. La fonctionnalité pour corriger et repositionner au niveau de la mise en forme des contrats défectueux est peut être à améliorer mais me fait déjà gagner un temps précieux.

I like that Loio can scan and analyze contracts of any length — it can even process a 1,000-page contract, which is simply amazing. Plus, it extracts and groups all the key elements of the document into one easy-to-navigate list. Saves me lots of time.

The longer the contract, the longer it takes for Loio to analyze it. It doesn't also pick up all the key elements I need — it depends on the type of contract I want to review.

I like reviewing key terms and fix broken formatting after copy-pasting from PDF to Word.

The ability to normalize the fonts in a document.

The number system is important, and will be useful, but still needs development.

If you are looking for a tool that does the odd jobs that PErfectIt and Woodpecker and Word do not do, this is the product that fills the gaps.

Formating documents to keep the style of the document unified.

Loio has helpful features like identifying the parties, dates, time periods, places, prices, and more to come quickly within a contract. It significantly reduces my proofreading stress because I know I'm not missing references.

There are several features still being developed, such as legal citation identification and links to the cites!

-We have limited legal resources, so being able to use this tool is like having an a few assistants on hand.

-The proofreading AI seems to be pretty spot on - we utilize this to speed up the time we can review and resubmit contracts. Helps the urgency of our larger sales

-Easy plugin to the MS Office suite we use

-Some more customized features and delivering new features at a quicker pace would be appreciated. That being said, the time this tool saves us pays for itself in being able to close larger deals quicker - so we can deal with these for now.

-If you have limited legal resources or your legal team is always backed up (pretty standard), then this can help speed up the process a lot. I mentioned its like having extra assistants and its really the case. It benefits us in being able to shorten deal cycles and leaves our legal counsel with less work

Loios pricing is, on the side the amount of time. It fails to enable us to close deals at a pace. It needs to benefit from features and quicker updates it is still unable to help us reduce operational expenses in the long run.

There are some improvements required for filters to accurately identify contract details such as numbers, dates, and quotes. Despite its advantages in expediting processes and saving time and money, there are areas where I feel let down by Loio.

It needs to incorporate features to distinguish itself from other similar products in the market. Increasing the accuracy of formatting fixes after copying content from PDFs to Word would be better.
