LogRocket is praised for its user-friendly interface and session replay feature, making it a valuable tool for debugging and understanding user behavior. Users particularly appreciate the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues, often without requiring user input. However, some users find the UI less intuitive than desired and have expressed concern about pricing tiers, especially for larger projects. While session replay is a core strength, some users would like improved data retention periods and the ability to export sessions for local debugging. Overall, LogRocket is seen as a powerful debugging and analytics platform, particularly for web applications.

Developer experience for sure! Compared to other solutions it was a breeze to set up and go. For my team, it's super helpful with debugging. Session replay is definitely the highlight especially combined with all the requests view, which makes finding the cause of an issue easy.
It's pricey when it comes to the pro plan, the data retention for stats could be a little longer for the base plan. There could be some improvements done to UX when it comes to network requests display.
For my team, it's easy to check how users interact with the app, especially during debugging. Especially when it comes to users that are not technical, and in other case it would be hard to get the information, I can just go to LogRocket and see what happened for myself.
We use LogRocket to keep track of the way users interact with our UI frontend, our UI is where most users interact with our system so understanding their behavior and also understanding the bugs and issues they face is critical for us.
In addition session replays really help us when we try to identify bugs or reproduce bugs we saw in user's sessions
It can be a bit hard to understand how to use LogRocket's more advanced features, it would be nice to guide you a bit more through the session replay interface to understand all of its capabilities
LogRocket really helps us understand how our users navigate and use our UI frontend, and the issues or successes they face when using the interface. This has definitely helped us cater our UI better to our users
It's easy to find what I'm looking for, and the interface when watching playbacks is great. My job mostly entails external support, and I never get slowed down in the process.
It doesn't save the percentages of the screen each box takes up on the viewing interface, but otherwise the system is great.
LogRocket cuts out the interim between what the user is seeing and what the support person sees, allowing post-session review for support. When working with both companies and their users, this is invaluable as the third person in those conversations.
I love knowing when something happens as soon as it happens. We get a session where we can see every step from the users, which allows us to replicate the issue easily and have a fix for it quickly.
Maybe a suggestion I would add is supporting playing LogRocket sessions on mobile. Being at a startup things can happen at any time when I'm on the go and being able to play the sessions from the alerts we receive would be incredibly helpful.
Besides keeping us in the loop of user errors, we can also pull critical measures for our product team. In addition to that, many times when we get new features to work on, I can create a quick session using the keyboard commands and share that with the developers rather than explaining all the steps for each workflow.
We have used LogRocket to track our customer activities, and it has been a tremendous help troubleshooting any weird issues customers can see during their usage.
the UI can be a little more elegant. Currently it is a bit plain.
With the session replay feature, we can virsually see what the customers did and what was blocking them. A must have tool in my mind.
I really enjoy the amount of sessions I have available to me, and how clear it is when a user experiences an error in app. The crop feature is very helpful when I want to send a snippet of a user session to our engineering team when a support ticket is opened for a bug related issue. I also really enjoy that we were able to integrate with Zendesk so we have recent user sessions available to us when investigating a support ticket.
I currently don't get a ton of use out of many of the features outside of user sessions, the learning curve is a bit steep and the app can be a bit overwhelming initially but not difficult once you get more familiar. I would love to get a walkthrough on relevant features so I can utilize the platform outside of user sessions more!
LogRocket can show me when the issue at hand is user error vs a bug on our end. It is very helpful and time saving to have a replay of a recent session so I can identify where the issue is occuring.
This tool is amazing, it makes my job way easier.
I love everything about it at this moment
Great tool to debug user experience
Logrocket's session replay works very well, I can check user's sessions and figure out what exact issues they are facing and fix the issue really easily. Also it is very easy to plug and implement and integrate in our application.
full screen mode while viewing sessions would be helpful
It is solving the following problems :
- see what exact issue was a error getting
- helps see me exact api calls user made to help me figure out issue easily
Its versatile and multifunctional use. Easy at the same time provides so much customizable information. Overall, I would say that it can get the work done especially for a startup like this.
Can check the logs only up to a month back. Also, there is some lack of time along with missing files. Also, I feel it is too much information that might not be needed for end users.
It surely helps us understand what our Taxpayers are seeing and experiencing. I believe the interesting part is seeing and helping our Taxpayers track what they clicked and help with troubleshooting.

I found it very easy to initialize in one of our ReactJS projects. I was also amazed that the Devs at logrocket used Typescript.
Above that, the dashboards and the templates served to be beneficial in quickly generating graphs for our use case.
Logrocket is amazing at what it does, the issue I faced was that we had a multi account setup where wanted to track different logins on the same device ( by creating a new session on every logout and Identification on login) which wasnt done by logrocket however, this didnt prove to be a hard task.
We were able to leverage session replays served by logrocket which allowes us to review some of our key user experience issues, along with that it was able to find bugs and report frustrating calls.
