No problem. It allows me to work remotely.

Sometimes my office computer doesn't respond so I can't connect. I wish there were a reliable way to accomplish this.

Pro helps me handle payroll remotely, and allows me to work on graphic files from a distance.

It helps me keep my 3 locations organized and secure, i appreciate the one space and privacy for my staff when needed as opposed to using thier own phone numbers

I only wish I had found grasshopper as an option sooner. So I had started my business with this option from the beginning

It solves that my staff don't have to use thier number keeping them protected, organize communications in one location, and my clients are no longer concerned they are calling the wrong location

Incredibly easy to use. Login to my computer as if I was sitting in my office. Have never really had any connection issues whatsoever.

I really don't have a dislike. I guess maybe the cost. But even I wouldn't complain about that. It is very reasonable for what we use it for.

I would highly recommend using it for anyone that needs to work remotely.

We use Logmein Pro daily. Now with the gas prices so high, saving trips to the other locations is a LIFESAVER!

The only annoying part is getting through the security steps that are required to keep our account safe. This is a necessary inconvenience

Just the way that this is designed. It is completely up and down. I would recommend this to every friend that I have. Even to my family members and colleagues from the university.

I don't have anything bad to say about it. I would recommend redesigning it so it is way better to use and understand for older folks who may not have very good computer skills.

What I love the most is that it never disappoints, I can never get over how great it is. It is absolutely good to have an integration that can do what yo guys are doing.

The benefit I see is that it is reliable. I can trust Pro and that is something I do not take from granted, I look forward to keeping in touch with Pro for as long as I can.

I can use on multiple devices. Phone, tablet, laptop or PC. Easy on any of them. Has saved me from having to run in and adjust something so many times. (facility operations is a 24/7 situation)

I don't have my double screens like I do at work, but oh well! Have had a few glitches with connection but that seems to be my work equipment and not LogMeIn.

To me it is like being on my work computer. It is easy to learn. If you plan to use it on your phone, there are only a couple of things that are tricky and they depend on the source program. I am also very near-sighted so a small screen doesn't bother me. Zoom and pinch work well. When you go to a PC or laptop, if you have multiple screens, flipping between them can be obnoxious but getting in the car and driving in is more so. I can do everything as if I were in my office except go physically pickup what I have sent to the printer.

I've never been an early riser. Getting logged on in the morning when there's a need is quick and easy. Same goes for late night calls. I only log into one machine but if I had to do many machines, no doubt, it would be a lifesaver.

Essentially LogMeIn saved me during the long period of Covid. I am able to be on my office computer nonstop without having to leave my home

It is very easy for my bookkeeper to access the laptop that I have dedicated to my finances. I feel confident that my data is safe and I don't need to pay for an extra QB license, since we share one login

It is a little expensive, I wish they had a cheaper alternative since I really only use it a few hours per month and for one specific purpose.

My bookkeeper can access my dedicated finance computer and I also am able to access that computer from my main computer and work across both of them seamlessly. It saves me a lot of time, having a single keyboard and screen and running 2 computers.
