All Visualizations which are present in Dundas BI and Simplified design for developers , no need for additional skills to develop the dashboards/Reports and Responsive templates which are very useful for any resolution are looking great either mobile or projector.

Required some improvement in score card design, currently score card are not responsive and taking time to design and there is no query string capture or storage which leads to increase the work load for developers to create multiple dashboards for single template.

Dundas BI is the visualization toolkit with all functions and features

As per business requirements we used some JAVA Scripts to share/print the dashboards, currently user need to press on ESC and share/export the dashboard to PDF,Image etc..

Our old reporting package was limited and slow, Exago is dynamic and easy to programme, the self service dashboards enable our clients to customise our standard package further so that it meets their precise needs. The outputs are also highly customisable and visually appealing.

The support is good and usually responsive. You don't have to be a javascript or coding expert to created fantastic visualizations out of the box. However, you can expand on the native functionality by javascript and C# code if you are so inclined. Very flexible and mostly intuitive to use. They actively add new features that are genuinely useful.

When getting into the visualization creation a bit deeper, you can find occasions where the visualizations do unexpected things. There is normally a very good reason for the actions, but it can be difficult to figure out without calling or emailing support.
