We haven't faced any downsides while working on the Locoia platform. It brings together all our SaaS integrations, on-premise customer data and other 3rd party data under one roof for seamless processing. Since its backend servers are hosted on the AWS platform, the services offered by Locoia are fault-tolerant & highly resilient towards fail-over circumstances.
1. We utilize Locoia's Flow Builder to develop our business workflow & HLD requirements for our customers.
2. Through its dashboarding functionalities, we can drag & drop our data source, its dependencies and collaboration medium to notify our stakeholders about our automated workflow status.
3. While working with its Flow Builder, it has an auto-save feature that drafts each inclusivity inside our design. This benefited us whenever our browser got crashed due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. As it's a browser-based platform, we can easily access Locoia on any device and from any location.
5. While working with large datasets, performing a few data preparations before looping them onto our workflow is an effective practice. This will reduce the Flow Builder's workload and quickly obtain the response in our customer endpoints.
6. Its Insight Library contains both custom insights & pre-built insights, which help track our sales and promote our leads in our retail organization.
Locoia offers a great user interface and a platform that is easy to use. With Locoia and the ability to use low-code to connect different systems, we were able to get rid of a lot of manual steps we had before. Also, the support you get from Locoia is great! When having a problem they react fast (within 1 hour) through Slack and help with any problem you have with your Flow.
In the beginning, it took some time to get familiar with the low-code solution they are offering but the potential it offers is worth the time and in fact it took only 1 week to get the first Flows up and running which saves us a lot of time.
We have several use cases we are tackling with Locoia. The first one is the connection between our CRM and ERP system. We use Locoia to push customer master data from the CRM to the ERP which removes human error and unnecessary copy and paste. Also, we push back the invoice status to the CRM so everyone who has no access to the ERP is aware. A second use case we have is the connection between our backend data in a database and the CRM which allows us to build good reporting and enrich the data with information from our customers.
Very active solution-based thinking. No wasting time at all :)

We like locoia for 3 reasons:
1) amazing help from the team in the set-up phase,and also super quick responses for questions during the go live
2) business-userfriendly set-up and management of our automations and
3) huge cost saving potential as compared to custom development.
The onboarding process was great and their support team is always responsive and very helpful.
For all these reasons, I can fully recommend dynamic insight to any company that uses various external systems and

there was nothing to dislike, everything was perfect.
We immediately realized that by taking advantage of the various connectors offered on the dynamic insight marketplace, we could save a load of individual development effort since a lot of brands struggle to integrate with open source CRMs like odoo.After roughly 2 days set-up time, we were not only able to connect 2 different services (Aircall and Intercom) to our CRM, this saving us months of writing custom code.

It took some time to get into the usability of the dashboard. But it is worth the effort for the benefits you receive working with Dynamic Insights software solutions.

While the time of our company formation, Dynamic Insights took a lot of work from our shoulders by creating a powerful tool so that we could reduce time and effort. The possibility to white-label the platform is another way to share our strengths with our customers.
The time it took to connect 3 APIs, and an FTP server to build a functional integration was decreased dramatically using this solution. The use of Jinja templating language helped in selecting variables from previous steps within the different flows. Richard and Christian were both instrumental with help throughout the process of setting our integration up and were always on board for feedback and new features.
DI could improve some areas of the UI to direct the user towards the correct approach better. As a developing product, however, I see these improvements coming along consistently.
The main problem we were solving with DI was setting up a new integration talking to multiple systems in a short space of time. However, after seeing the ease of use benefits, we will be moving many of our current integrations over to this solution also.
By using dynamic insight, we can integrate with various customers and easily define integration flows.
The software is easy to use and requires relatively low levels of code knowledge.
Besides, the support is really helpful and went along with us intensively during the first implementations.
When you start building the first flow in DI, it takes some time to get used to it.
That's why I was very happy for the great support during the first implementations where you might need more help.
I would recommend it to all companies that work on integrations (with partners, customers, etc.) - it saves us a lot of development costs, time and is much faster than developing it yourself.
We save time and resources on integrations and can speed up this entire process.
The best thing about Locoia is it's cost saving abilities through automated worklflow and its database which is pretty extensive. Another great thing is it's onboarding experience.
Although there isn't much to dislike about Locoia, the only thing that comes to mind is that it takes some time to built a flow with DI
but other than that there is nothing to complain about
The main problem that Locoia is helping to solve is the multi functional dashboard. The allrounder integration of software results in huge time saving in day to day tasks

Easy to connect to various external systems such as databases, File systems, etc. We can use existing connectors to connect to various external systems instead of writing the code. The amount of time it takes to develop an application is significantly less.
Customer service is occasionally slow and difficult to reach. API Developer Portals do not offer a lot of customization options. - Since tables do not allow you to sort using API request dates or other factors, managing and administering several APIs might be difficult.
Server startup is really quicker than all the other integration tools I have experienced. The VM queue is an awesome feature that enables messaging without a server in between. Object stores and caches are also excellent concepts. I would like to avoid cluttering the code with all the logs we had to add in order to trace a message flow.
