The software worked seemlessly. The team assisted in setup and was always there to help with great ideas on how to better use the data.

From my perspective, my team was happy with the entire product.

As a cloud kitchen, we have close to thirty virtual brands, in over ten outlets across the country, on more than four different online aggregators. This makes it pretty difficult to see all of the reviews that are coming in. Localyser saved us the time by aggregating all of the reviews and making it easy for us to download and manipulate in excel.

Solid system for review handling and feedback generation. Saves a lot of time especially if you're looking after multiple brands or multiple locations. Also has a lot of useful and easy to read reports, plus, it's very keenly priced for what it offers.

There are no real negatives here. It does what it says on the tin and it does so very well.
