What do you like best about LocalClarity?

Working with LocalClarity has been a great experience. They have an excellent support team and have listened to our firm's feedback when making updates to the platform. We did extensive reasearch when choosing a review management solution and LocalClarity was by far the best option for our firm.

What do you dislike about LocalClarity?

Any dislikes have been addressed by LocalClarity. All of our suggested changes to the software have already been made or are on their updates roadmap.

What problems is LocalClarity solving and how is that benefiting you?

LocalClarity has helped us streamline the time it takes to manage client reviews. It's also great software for viewing metrics about the review trends for our clients.

What do you like best about LocalClarity?

LocalClarity is not just about offering a top-notch platform for managing reviews, especially for multiple restaurant locations like ours. What truly sets them apart is their stellar support team. It's refreshing to interact with such skilled and intelligent professionals who genuinely care about our needs and concerns. The value they deliver, both in product and service, far surpasses many other platforms in the market. It's been instrumental in our brand's online reputation management.

What do you dislike about LocalClarity?

Though every platform has its areas to grow, there's not much I can pinpoint as a significant downside with LocalClarity. It would be exciting to see them continuously evolve and introduce more features to enrich the user experience even further.

What problems is LocalClarity solving and how is that benefiting you?

We primarily use LocalClarity to manage and respond to reviews across our restaurant locations. The platform's auto-response feature is especially beneficial, allowing us to promptly address feedback while maintaining consistency in our communication.

Before LocalClarity, managing and responding to reviews across multiple locations was a time-consuming task. Now, with their auto-response feature, not only have we streamlined the review management process, but we've also ensured that no customer feedback goes unnoticed. This efficiency has saved us significant time, allowing us to focus on improving our services based on the insights we gather.

What do you like best about LocalClarity?

The platform is very clear, informative and easy for my clients to use. As an agency, finding the right solution was critical in order to help them manage their reviews and online reputation.

What do you dislike about LocalClarity?

Nothing at all. Seriously, they are the perfect partner to have.

Recommendations to others considering LocalClarity:

We took months and looked at 11 other solutions and Local Clarity was the one that fit our needs and that of our clients.

What problems is LocalClarity solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our clients are multi-location retail, services, medical and hospitality chains that have between 20 and 600 physical locations who needed a way to aggregate all the reviews from all review boards for all their locations into one "Inbox" for ease of management.

From the platform, our clients manage their reviews, location GMB listings, posts, images quite easily and effeciently while having access to their insights by way of an easy to use dashboard.

"Great Reputation Management Tool"
What do you like best about LocalClarity?

Love this reputation management tool. The reporting is clear and easy to understand. The reviews inbox makes it very easy to respond to reviews in a single location. The most outstanding feature of LocalClarity is the support. Their response time to any questions or requests is extremely quick! The price is great as well!

What do you dislike about LocalClarity?

I haven't found anything I dislike yet.

What problems is LocalClarity solving and how is that benefiting you?

LocalClarity makes my life easier as a small agency. I can respond to my clients reviews in one location saving time. The auto reports save a lot of time as well and provide value to my clients.

"Excellent Tool to Collate local data from multiple locations"
What do you like best about LocalClarity?

The ability to collate and see reports on all location data in one place. We have 80 locations and up till now collating review data has been time consuming and hit and miss. This tool allows us to not only collate and report across all stores it also allows us to manage the reports and location data for each location.

The team at local clarity were very helpful in assisting when required and are continually developing the platform to offer new and useful tools.

What do you dislike about LocalClarity?

There were a few issues collating data from Google.

The Team at Local Clarity were very helpful in setting up the platform and very easy to talk to when help was needed. The platform walkthrough was very useful.

"Local Data & Insights at Scale"
What do you like best about LocalClarity?

Love being able to see the traditionally clunky insights data from GMB in one place with good visuals. We have 60 locations to analyse and manage and having the ability to dive into the data and create visuals for reports has been invaluable.

Also love the ability to tag locations into our own categories.

What do you dislike about LocalClarity?

There were a few issues with a location registering as an American state that were quickly fixed.

Support has been fantastic and constantly developing new features :)

We have an issue with reporting at scale on local Google Business listings, we now have a tool that makes this process seamless and automated.
