Excellent Guest Management System
Our organization has been very pleased with the Lobbytrack. Their software is extremely simple and adaptable to use, while displaying a very sleek design. It has helped with our guest management by creating a system that's enjoyable to use for both the employee and guest experience. Employees can quickly schedule their own appointments with guests and be notified of their arrival, allowing guests to be better attended to. On the guest side of things, Lobbytrack has allowed for a quicker check in process that can autofill vital information for returning guests and automatically print their badges to assure building access. Furthermore, the Lobbytrack customer service has been excellent. They quickly address any issues or questions we may have. They're always looking our for the customer to assure the greatest experience with Lobbytrack. We look forward to continuing with their software for all our guest experience needs.

Easy to Simplify for Basic Needs

Lobbytrack includes a plethora of features and functions which are easily enabled/disabled according to whatever your needs may be. The software can be streamlined to create the most basic sign-in process or beefed up for extra security.

What do you like best about Lobbytrack?

We loved that all we needed was an iPad or tablet in order to utilize the sftware. It was super easy to set up and we could have everyone loaded and ready to go in under an hour!

What do you dislike about Lobbytrack?

When I first started looking at the product, I was able to add email addresses to employees. However, when I went to update people for this school year that was no longer an option. We haven't deployed the employee app yet because the learning curve is a bit steep for organizing visitors, but I think once they get an initial training it will be super easy for them to set up conferences and visitations with parents.

What problems is Lobbytrack solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are an elementary school, and we have to keep track of visitors constantly. Anyone that enters our campus has to sign in and wear a badge. Lobby track is great at having the visitor stop, sign in, take a picture, and then the badge is printed. It also keeps track of the time that they entered, and the dashboard shows how many visitors are currently on campus.

What do you like best about Lobbytrack?

It checked "all the boxes" that our school security needed: knowing who is visiting whom, get a report of all visitors on site for the day, easy for guards to use, able to send out emergency alerts to all visitors, will get notified when the Host checks out the visitor to escort them out.

My IT department likes Lobbytrack because it can intergrate into our SSO and AD. Training teachers and staff was very easy due to LobbyTrack's intuitive interface and how it's UI has the same mobile device look on computers.

What do you dislike about Lobbytrack?

The only downside is there isn't a way I could find that would allow for department receptionists to manage only the visitors for their department (right now they see everyone visiting our campus).

What problems is Lobbytrack solving and how is that benefiting you?

1) For years the school was using Microsoft Outlook as a Visitor management system (a very poor one). It didn't address all the needs our Security and department receptionists needed for monitoring, notifying visitors. LobbyTrack checked off "all of their boxes". 2) Campus security need a way to account for visitors in the event of an emergency or evacuation and to communicate quickly. LobbyTrack does that. 3) Needed an intuitive system with a very short learning curve. I was able to train guards and employees in less than 30 minutes.

What do you like best about Lobbytrack?

Our favorite thing about Lobbytrack is that it allows us to get better control over our visitor's logs. It also allows us to integrate our NDA into sign in.

What do you dislike about Lobbytrack?

We actually have no cons about Lobbytrack. It is currently checking off all our boxes.

What problems is Lobbytrack solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a lot of potential investors coming into our building to see our products. We were having a hard time keeping track of all the visitors that were coming in. We also have confidential information in this building and wanted to make sure our visitors signed our NDA before coming in.

Lobbytrack is affordable and user-friendly.
PROS: Lobbytrack was the best software we've ever used in terms of managing visitors and having easy access to monitor the arrival of attendees. It was also great for security monitoring since it will notify the hosts regarding the visitor's activity.

What do you like best about Lobbytrack?

Low cost of entry, easy to test/ trial/implement. Both the on-premise and cloud versions just work. Have rarely required support and when required, they always deliver. Lobbytrack is very interested and responsive to customer input for product improvements/adjustments. Highly recommend this product.

What do you dislike about Lobbytrack?

We've been using the product for 10+ years, can't think of any relevant concerns or flaws.

What problems is Lobbytrack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Because of Lobbytrack's focus on customer and product, what would be an otherwise difficult implementation and system to manage, is simple and seamless for our IT department and easy to use for our operators.

What do you like best about Lobbytrack?

I decided to use Lobby Track for one of my special events. Everybody that came was a huge fan of the Self Sign In because it made the process of getting into event very easy. In addition to this, I also used Pre-Register Visitors for the guest speakers so they could slide right on into the room without having to wait in the short line. My team specifically used the Microsoft Surface Pro Tablet as our main device to get everybody in and it worked great. This software has a really nice and smooth user interface. Prior to this, we would just enter people using an excel sheet, but that took forever. Lobby Track defiantly made registration simple and professional.

What do you dislike about Lobbytrack?

Lobby Track really does everything that I thought it would do.

What problems is Lobbytrack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lobby Track is for visitors coming in to my firms building, so it is very simple to check them in.

What do you like best about Lobbytrack?

The designer of Lobby Track software has carefully designed by keeping all aspects in mind for both SME and industries. One of the best features we like is notify host and its watch list functionality. This has made the job of our reception so much easier. We hand out the tablets to our visitors to self-register. The tablet is integrated with our centralized database. At the completion of the form as soon as the visitor hit the submit button the host is notified via email. If however the client is blacklisted with any of our employee's or federal and criminal watch list, Lobby Track immediately and discretely notifies the security staff and the threat is eliminated. Our main motto is the security to our staff and clients to have smoother and relaxing atmosphere.

What do you dislike about Lobbytrack?

Ever since we have started using Lobby Track we have nothing to dislike but just praise this system.

I would highly recommend Lobby Track to anyone SME or industry. A++
