They do everything for me. I upload a mailing list and Lob prints, seals, and stamps hundreds of letters a month for me. And I'm able to issue checks from Lob!

Honestly I cant think of anything. Because of the amount of mail I send out the cost does add up. But it doesn't cost much more than the price of a stamp.

There is no way I could physically keep up with sending of bulk mail without Lob. It would set me back so far I would have to operate another way.

Lob makes it easy to send physical mail from a variety of platforms and technologies. I was able to quickly and easily add the ability to mail paper checks and confirmation letters in just a few hours time. Ultimately, I saved my team weeks worth of mailing and administration.

The product offerings can be somewhat limiting if you want to leverage the tools for marketing. Postcards, letters, and booklets only go so far.

Lob solved the very real problem of needing to issue refunds to a large number of customers quickly and easily. I was able to add Lob to a PHP app using their library and get up and running quickly. Years later I did the same with their NodeJS library for address verification. Both experiences were great!

The interface whicb very easy to use. Also the help document covers almost all the doubts.

The delay in providing custom envelopes is only thing which i dislike

We like the streamlined processes. A straightforward API experience that is fast and reliable. Lob has an excellent support team and a good response time. Our dedicated account manager is reliable and professional.

Some features may not be available. Things like expedited production, colored paper or stapling. So it would be beneficial to have more product offerings.

We use the Lob API as a service for our customers to send postcards and letters to their marketing efforts. It's simple to work with and just what we needed for a robust B2B solution. The analytics helps us track piece-by-piece delivery to provide our users with a comprehensive log, and provide created, mailed, and delivered notifications.

Not necessarily a dislike, but we would love more customizations for letters and envelopes to be more personalized. Lob does offer custom envelopes but the bulk order minimum doesn't suit our needs right now.

As our product continues to grow and evolve Lob's API has made it very simple for us to adapt and provide a valuable service to our user base. We have a lot of dynamic control allowing us to quickly build as many templates as we need for our users to choose from.

The Lob customer service is the most valuable thing about Lob. Their API services are invaluable, but the level of support from the customer service team is above and beyond.

There is not much to dislike. There have been a few minor issues here and there, but those are typically with the print partners and not with Lob.

The ability to mail letters on demand. This provides a great benefit to us in the ability to mail in bulk on the fly.

It makes mailing simple in this remote and virtual world. All you need to do is upload your document or have it submitted via API. Even if it's not formatted properly, you can just have it add a blank page to put the address in. Extremely simple.

The prices are reasonable although there should be some sort of discount for doing double-sided printing, if not for money but for the environment.

Having to have someone physically mail when you don't have the volume to justify it is a small hassle but, considering the small fee and the fact it can eliminate all human intervention by automating via API, this service is a small cost solution for a small problem.

the API is very easy to implement, we were able to integrate LOB in our CRM and we can send letters to our leads within a few clicks.

I love every email that I receive providing valuable advice! I love how easy the system is to navigate when I'm assisting a customer and I've never had a complaint from a customer about the LOB process.

I currently don't have any dislikes. Even though I get a large number of emails, I enjoy the content of all of the emails... even if it does take me a while to get through them all.

LOB gives us the ability to offer our customers the option of sending a paper check to someone. This helps us as we are not a brick-and-mortar financial institution so we are limited in some ways.
