The ability to add your own domain! This is a paid feature with other link softwares I've used and for an organization our size having the ability to do this for free is huge!

the user interface is a bit klunky and the lnkiy website does not have a SSL certificate. This can cause issues for organizations with strict firewall setup!

Reducing the lenght of super long links to make it look nicer in marketing collateral and fit in social posts with character limits!
