This product delivers what they promise to clients. You can have many records saved securely. we can change orders and update further if required. flexible and easy to use. the upgrade comes faster.

What do you like best about LiveOps?

Reloading time is less. we can save records securely and change them if further required. customer problems. The automatic record log and dial are fast and easy.

What do you dislike about LiveOps?

Integration with others can be made easy to use. sometimes page frozes which can e improved.

What problems is LiveOps solving and how is that benefiting you?

Records save is secure and fast. dial functionality is very useful and easy to use.log saved automatically.handling multiple calls with client.

Liveops is a beneficial tool to resolve restaurant and customer problems. We can make changes, updates and improve the orders.

Sometimes the liveops page reloads after a specific time.

Through Liveops our company received live food orders, showing restaurant and customer details and menu items. We can update orders as per the needs of the restaurant and customer and can also make calls

What do you like best about LiveOps?

It is very easy to use, no training is really needed it is very straight forward. I really appreciate how it is easy to see your calls for the day and how long each call is.

What do you dislike about LiveOps?

Since it uses a pop up web browser window its easy to accidentally close without realizing.

This is a great system and can be used together with other software to improve functionality.

What problems is LiveOps solving and how is that benefiting you?

This is the system we use to take incoming calls from multiple companies, the system tells you which company is calling in with every call.

"Very easy and effective customer support agent services"
What do you like best about LiveOps?

LiveOps has a very simple and clean UI. It has just made us worry free as the load of customer support they have handled very efficiently. It's experienced team had effectively managed the communications between the stake holders. They have a robust system to keep privacy secured, basically the 2 factor authentication system is very effective.

What do you dislike about LiveOps?

Sometimes we find the buggs in the updates. But the developers tries hard to make it bug free. Best feature of security system sometimes create problem to handle.

Recommendations to others considering LiveOps:

Definite recommendation for LiveOps if you want to outsource your customer support system. The experienced team will mitigate your issues with effective communication with the stakeholders.

What problems is LiveOps solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has solved the most worrysome part of the business that is the customer support. They had managed this efficiently and we could focus on the other part the business. Their team managed well the communications between the stakeholders to overcome the conflicts.

1) Easy to find order details.

2) Fewer steps to follow.

3) 2-factor authentication for privacy reasons.

1) Could have been added more features.

2)Security passwords could be easier.

User-friendly tool to find important data. Live ops are not complicated to use and for that don't need intensive training to teach someone. Anyone can learn it very quickly to search any order details, courier information or customer order history.

1) Customer or courier concerns regarding food.

2) To find customer or courier details.

3) History of customers' orders and courier's previously completed delivery.

4) Any adjustment for couriers on restaurant hold or delivery fee concern.

It entirely eliminates the huatle of building a customer support agent team in house. They provide the experienced virtual contact centre to businesses to establish a smooth communication between customers and brand.

What do you dislike about LiveOps?

Major portion of LiveOps workforce works from home and thus the contnuous availability might compromise. At the same time, remote workforce is slightly hard to manage well.
