Crelio as a LIMS has lots of functionalities. the audit trail is very good. portal and mobile apps brings every close together. The field visit was very fruitful. the 24/7 help support something we like. Crelio team Rohit, Himanshu, karan and Nisar are very knowledgeable and very responsive.
The current patient registartion forms are not adpable for UK. A new UK format form should be create with the necessary fields should be available to capture more business in UK market. Some functionalities are hidden and need to be access via a tab.

The automation part is great at CrelioHealth whether it is Communications, Configurable forms, Online Payments or Configurable test rates. We experience Quick & easy reporting and also we get all the relevant information about the patient necessary for reporting in CrelioHealth

CrelioHealth LIMS is solving us not having to put in all patient results manually. Also, it helps providers log in and see the patient's results when needed.
We first started using CrelioHealth back in 2020 it was mainly for giving us the advantage to switch from a server based LIS, to a cloud based one . Which gave us much more accessibility to the system and was a great step forward.
Also a great advantage is that it’s a user friendly system in terms of editing or adding reports and creating it with the most suitable layout for the lab.
Another great advantage is the trends report and keeping track of previous records for years for our patients.
Not being to able to edit reference ranges from the operations page directly when needed.

I do not dislike anything major. Crelio health is a good system but I would like it more if there was a way to print all the tests for one patient without always having to go into pending prints. When searching a name, all the tests do show up but one by one
