LiveCaller is a game changer for my business.
It's amazing the opportunity to have a multichannel chat integrated and co-browsing feature.
The design is also really comfortable!
Other integrations will increase the capability of the software for sure,
but the team is on fire and i'm sure they'll release a lot of features in the next months

It is easier and faster than other web call services and also use live chat and co browse no matter where the location is and that is a helpful thing in web calling
It takes time to adjust with the system because we often use the typical ones and switching to live caller takes some time and otherwise it is really good and hassle free.
