For others, the desktop experience is ideal. No matter how they consume the training content, the platform provides an ideal training experience.
The purchased content library can be overwhelming for some people and it is not easy to drive users to one course over another. I'd like to see improvement in the search and sorting functionality.
We have over 140 locations across the United States, causing delays in communication and incongruity in the training delivery. Litmos allows us to deliver consistent, timely training. Virtual learning has not replaced on the job training, but now our employees have the same high-quality training experience, regardless of their location. The tools being provided on the platform have equiped and empowered our field trainers, which is improving their experience as well.
Litmos have been great to us, we was looking at moving platforms but decided to explote litmos further. The different range of features litmos have is amazing, and so easy to use. We really wanted our platform branded to our new style and managed to buy a branding package for them to help us do this - it saved us such a lot of time. Litmos support team have been so quick and on the ball whenever we have had to raise a query with them. I use Litmos all day everyday in my job and it is so easy to use and navigate.
Our CSM who has only just been appointed to us has been amazing and regulary checks in to see howe we are getting on and if we have any concerns. she keeps us up to date with any news and changes that are coming also.
I think the only downside for us at first was that because we was only using a small percentage of what could be used there wasn't much help for us as a organisaiton. & the help and support wasn't really there for us to lean on.
Upgrading our Litmos account has allowed to put all our learning in one place and we have managed to move away from our teams having to log into loads of different accounts to do their learning
Personally, I utilize the reporting analytics the most on Litmos. It is very helpful when having to do quarterly reports to send to the executives at my company.
I wish that, when reporting, you could add in additional information with the quick reports. This would be helpful from my standpoint because typically I need to reference hire dates and that is not included on course reporting, for example.
Litmos is able to solve any problems that have to do with employees at our company completing mandatory courses or unique courses that are utilized to further their education on certain topics. This is important for us to see as we use these metrics to measure what courses are working, which are not, and which are the most/least used. We have to do this report every quarter, so it is extremely helpful to be able to pull that information quickly and efficiently.
When we moved to Litmos over two years ago, I was worried that our learners would have difficulty locating the content they needed. With the Litmos features, not only am I able to assign content to teams, but the platform has made accessing content a breeze. The reporting features are superior to any other learning management system, and the ability to assign due dates to compliance content has saved the EHS department countless hours following up on completions of required content. The platform features such as brands, teams, completion dates, rules, courses, and learning paths have made organizing and accessing content seamless for our learners.
For my organization and how the platform is accessed and used by our learners, I have not found anything that I dislike about Litmos. They have been quick to answer questions and make recommendations on best practices.
Course completion percentages have increased due to the ability to assign completion dates to our compliance content. The assign rules have automated the assigning of onboarding content to our new employees enterprise-wide.
As a new hire of Encompass, Litmos has been such a user-friendly site to watch and read through my required trainings. The dashboard is so easy to navigate and the trainings are easy to understand and complete!
It is hard to say exactly what I dislike because there are so many wonderful features, but if I had to get a little nitpicky about one thing- I would say that if I want to go back and review a course I have completed, I have to completely start over. I think an important part of learning is reflecting and reviewing over information multiple timse. I do not want to completely start over every time that I am eager to review a concept. I wish that I could just scroll through to review the points but also keep my completed status or score.
Litmos has been user-friendly on my side as a newer user to the system. I flew through the required trainings because of the easy-to-comprehend website as well as the great display options available. This has prepared me well for consulting and pitching the product to our clients as well as brushing up on relevant HR concepts and compliance updates.
Our whole experience has been wonderful. Each of the Litmos employees we have worked with to get onboarded and set up within the system as well as the monthly support meetings have been incredible. If there is one thing I would change about Litmos is the ability to have a heirarchy of managers and direct reports. It would be helpful if a manager could see the supervisors assigned to them in addition to the employees that are assigned to those supervisors without having to assign all the learners to just the top manager.
Litmos allows us to have one place to house all our compliance and job skill training. We utilize the Litmos content library for supplimental education as well as house all our company policies and procedures in a one stop shop for all company resources. 0
This is my third purchase. It's really easy to use for content creators, admins, managers to learners. The support you get post purchase from the DOJO to their account managment has always been great.
I would ask to have an easier HTML content creator so it gives the ability for me to create the banners, logos etc without having to call upon other internal teams like marketing especially in the setup phase for speed of launch

PROS: I like how our LMS is user-friendly. As a matter of fact, it's so user-friendly that anyone can easily use it and be proficient enough in a short period of time. In our agencies of non-profit network, we can make full use of Litmost to meet our training needs for a wide range of situations.
CONS: There's not much to dislike with this product. The support/help desk has nothing but be responsive. They know how to listen and will addressing any pressing issues you may have. One functionality that I couldn't use is the Learning Path since it won't offer the flexiblity needed in changing a course within the path.

I really love how much you can adapt Litmos to your needs, there are so many ways to approach learning, tracking learning, ensuring compliance, etc and Litmos has a solution for all of it!
ILT Modules are a bit difficult at times, but they have good plans for an update later this year.
