Fastest implementation ever
What do you like best about Listrak?
The whole team is so helpful and responsive! When we decided to make the transition, that was my biggest requirement. The transition was the smoothest and easiest I've ever experienced, and all achieved on a remarkably short timeline.
What do you dislike about Listrak?
Recommendations to others considering Listrak?
The platform is truly user-friendly and has robust features, particularly if you work in the eCommerce space. I was able to get into it and start working pre-training, but Listrak also offers one-on-one training so you're familiarized with some of the more advanced tools.
What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been doing CRM for well over a decade, and I've been in lots of systems. None of them are perfect, but Listrak is my favorite so far so I can't say there's anything I "dislike."

What do you like best about Listrak?
The customer service is honestly great and our rep is always on top of things when we need her. There are also a lot of helpful articles out there to look at as well if need but customer service is always awesome.
What do you dislike about Listrak?
I don't really care for the list setup in listrak. If a customer unsubs in a post purchase they are still getting marketing emails from us in other lists and this is something our customers do not like.
What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us with our email and sms/mms marketing and trying to manage everything. Being the only person working with emails for 4 different brands, listrak makes it a lot more simple than our last email provider.
