What do you like best about ListenFirst?

ListenFirst is always super responsive and communicative in working with our social reporting requests.

The reports are detailed and their capabilities are extensive!

What do you dislike about ListenFirst?

I haven't experienced anything that I've disliked.

ListenFirst has been excellent in helping us decern what content is working with our audiences and what is not, helping us pivot when needed.

What do you like best about ListenFirst?

ListenFirst has been a game-changer for us. It's very comprehensive and versatile. Through the platform, we've been able to uncover valuable brand lift for our partners, scout for prospects, monitor our competitors and monitor our own organic and branded campaign performance.

What do you dislike about ListenFirst?

It can be a little overwhelming at first to understand all of the features and where to go for what.

What problems is ListenFirst solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to use ListenFirst in both the pre- and post-sale process. We are prospecting new clients, monitoring campaign performance of current clients and indexing our brand vs. our industry through benchmarks. We've been able to uncover incredible brand lift for partners as well as tell a great story with data, on why partnering with our brand is more valuable vs. competitors. As an added benefit, several other departments are able to use ListenFirst.

What do you like best about ListenFirst?

My favorite thing about Listen Frist is how easy it is to use, I also like that the application features different ways to access valuable data!

What do you dislike about ListenFirst?

I don't have any dislikes about the app, it used to work a little slow but now it's so easy to access data quickly!

Recommendations to others considering ListenFirst:

Listen First is a great platform to use. If you are lost with anything, there are always helpful calls with one of their representatives that will help you navigate the platform.

What problems is ListenFirst solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Listen First, I think it's made our compny have a closer relationship with our audience. We can truly understand how they feel about a show, and use that data to provide more content from them they would enjoy!

What do you like best about ListenFirst?

A unique KPI is response rate vs. engagement rate. I like knowing that we can have an idea of how our content is engaging with our audiences and competitors on an even platform.

What do you dislike about ListenFirst?

Though it has improved, it is still a bit on the slower end to load data and other fields. The UI has also improved but is not as friendly as competitors such as Sprout Social.

Recommendations to others considering ListenFirst:

If you're on the fence between several platforms, go with ListenFirst!

What problems is ListenFirst solving and how is that benefiting you?

ListenFirst's ability to integrate API with our Unified Marketing Analytics dashboard (in progress) will allow us to pull data and view it from a single interface across the organization. Too often do people view data from different points of view - this will help solve that problem.

What do you like best about ListenFirst?

The team at ListenFirst is unparalleled - they work seamlessly as an extension of our own internal team. The tool allows us quick access to answering both immediate questions daily and more extensive requests we receive from several groups, including marketing and content development.

What do you dislike about ListenFirst?

We are looking forward to several product updates this year, such as custom dashboards that will allow us to grant managed access to other members within our organization. Right now our biggest challenge is getting as many people on the platform as we can, at scale, and in a way that they can easily digest information.

Recommendations to others considering ListenFirst:

Come to the team armed with questions your group is looking to answer - they are incredibly knowledgable about the product and its capabilities and giving them that extra framework will make your partnership that much more effective.

What problems is ListenFirst solving and how is that benefiting you?

ListenFirst helps us keep a pulse on the ever-changing entertainment landscape, understanding what consumers say about our films, casting choices, and even potential projects.

What do you like best about ListenFirst?

I have yet to encounter a tool with such great integration with Instagram. Collecting IG analytics is quick and painless.

What do you dislike about ListenFirst?

My only complaint is that analytics only update once a day.

Reporting and monitoring our social performance across platforms.

I always want to get more granular which I know is tricky given the platforms used. So less of a dislike and more of something to work on!

Potential audiences for incremental reach, content insights for creative optimizations, messaging that is resonating to help deliver against the positioning of the film.

What do you like best about ListenFirst?

LFM's approach to client-satisfaction with white-glove service, speed with inquiries/requests from the client side, broad breadth of global platforms covered in their custom dashboard, ability to tackle custom requests. I also like that within the dashboard we can understand not only our brand's performance but also in comparison to other brands in the fashion universe (the Story runner, etc).

What do you dislike about ListenFirst?

This is outside of LFM's control, but I wish they captured all metrics on platforms as they are introduced (ex: IGTV views, engagements, etc) - that is more API dependent. As it relates to their dashboard, I would like the UX to be a bit more visual vs. text-heavy

Recommendations to others considering ListenFirst:

Do it! While it is a self-service tool (which everyone wants), there is also a lot of ease and comfort I have as a client knowing I have a account team that is always available to help with custom requests or troubleshoot platform issues.

What problems is ListenFirst solving and how is that benefiting you?

Value of social content performance for a global brand like ours over time. Benefits include: ability to pull historical data with one click, having a client-team that's readily available, etc.

What do you like best about ListenFirst?

ListenFirst allows us to only use 1 platform for social analytics and listening. Prior to using ListenFirst we used multiple social vendors for different types of social insights. ListenFirst is a much more efficient way to access that same data.

What do you dislike about ListenFirst?

Some of the data like demographics can't be exported.

What problems is ListenFirst solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use ListenFirst for various business initiatives such as sales/marketing projects, social campaign analysis, and editorial analysis/benchmarking.
