What do you like best about Listen360?
Emails are sent directly to our employees and clients. We get notified quickly and can respond accordingly, allowing us to do better Quality care and become the Employer of choice.
What do you dislike about Listen360?
There isn't anything I dislike about this service at this time. If I had to pick something, it would be a better understanding of when the surveys go out
What problems is Listen360 solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can reach out if we get a negative review and act accordingly. It is very beneficial because we can supply additional training for our employees if necessary. Sometimes when you talk to a client, they don't disclose any issues. On the other hand, they tend to answer surveys more honestly.

The visibility it gives
What do you like best about Listen360?
The visibility it gives consumers who view our website looking for additional information, most importantly they can see the reviews we get from prior customers and what those customers think/feel about our business after we have served them.
What do you dislike about Listen360?
Nothing comes to mind. Nothing is missing from this product, in my opinion. Everything works properly. I cannot think of anything to make it better. I cant think of any improvements at this time.
What problems is Listen360 solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps consumers feel confident they are making the right choice. I feel our company benefits with productivity and financially from this service and that it has increased our business performance.

Listen360 is awesome!
What do you like best about Listen360?
It gives us the chance to hear information that we most likely would not have heard otherwise and proactively reach out to clients to fix this. I love that we have the chance for clients to try us out again after we've reached out, instead of having them never return.
What do you dislike about Listen360?
The ability for it to integrate with certain CRM softwares.
What problems is Listen360 solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a huge issue of clients who would have most likely never returned. We're resolving their issues they had with us and they are now giving us another chance and returning.

Great way to track employee and customer satisfaction.
What do you like best about Listen360?
I like that we can get feedback from customers and employees at the same time.
What do you dislike about Listen360?
I love to see how we are doing from a percentage factor of satisfaction over the past three months and year.
Recommendations to others considering Listen360?
I am never sure when the surveys will be sent.
What problems is Listen360 solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has been a big help for us to be able to track satisfaction and to be able to pass along the wonderful comments to our employees that make it happen. It is important to be aware of problems so they can be fixed before that customer leaves. Be sure to take advantage of the tracking ability to follow up with customers who may not be 100% satisfied. Be sure to follow up with customers who have given great reviews as well to thank them.

Good platform for collecting reviews
What do you like best about Listen360?
It provides great feedback from your clients while prompting them to go and review you publicly, but you at least get opportunity to touch base with them maybe before they go to a public platform. I also like that it's automatic
What do you dislike about Listen360?
Not a big fan of the friction from the fact that i just wrote a review and now I'm being prompted to write my review over again. I've heard from several clients that they reviewed us online, but they are just referring to our Listen 360 review. It's great but you want the positive reviews to go straight to Google and there is just no smooth way to move that over from the Listen 360 platform to Google or Facebook.
What problems is Listen360 solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting client feedback quickly. People don't like confronting someone face to face or over the phone, but we have all gotten comfortable typing out a complaint on a review. And after that first time, our customers are more likely to come straight to us with an issue.

Great for improving client relations
What do you like best about Listen360?
I like being able to receive messages to my phone when I need to address customer issues.
What do you dislike about Listen360?
I don't like that customers have the ability to give low ratings without explaining why they gave a low rating.
Recommendations to others considering Listen360?
I would say this program has helped our company to retain customers and improve our services.
What problems is Listen360 solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving customer issues and addressing problems before customers are able to cancel. If we can make it right sooner the less of a chance we have of losing a customer.

It's easy to see how employees are performing in the field on an ongoing basis.
What do you dislike about Listen360?
Sometimes people don't equate the quality of service with whether or not they will refer and on that basis will sometimes give a lower score than is warranted.
What problems is Listen360 solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can share successes with the team to motivate them and can share less favorable responses as coaching opportunities.
